Did not know which section to put this in, so I thought this would be an ok section.

Right now I am currently working on a fanfilm of Phoenix Wright, and need some help with validation on one of the main plot devices.

Sort of " Are these valid?"

Keep in mind that some may not be canon with the story. Actually, most aren't canon.

=Law=
-Law in the setting is very complicated and orderly. Murder almost never occurs in this dimension.
-They follow 5 oaths when enforcing law in the court:
1. If thou shall commit a deed of sin, thou is considered guilty until thou is proven innocent and the perpetrator is found.
2. If thou does not have a solid alibi, thou is considered near the crime during thy time.
3. If another being should be involved with a crime directly and influenced it in a way that is unacceptable, thou shall be upholt with thy charge after the verdict. (if there is an accomplice, or anyone who tampered with it in a way, they shall be guilty with charges as well. no blame game without risk for Phoenix)
4. Thou lawyers shall not do dirty tactics to defend or prosecute the defendant. No otherworldly tactics ethier.
5.Once thou has been proven guilty, without fatal evidence, it is set in stone forever.
-secret-. If thou defendant has been proved non-guilty, double jeopardy doesn’t apply if the case is brung up again in the next 5 minutes of verdict.
If any lawyer breaks one of the lawful oaths, the case is closed and defendant is considered guilty. These oaths are not playing around.
Misconceptions Cleared:
Number 4: Since Phoenix is a lawyer, he is not considered otherworldly. What I mean by this is that there is no Magatama (Magatama:Erase Memory doesn’t count for this because (SPOILER) Phoenix never gets caught with it for obvious reasons.)
Number 1: Yes, this does mean there is no way for one to be proven innocent without a person being accused of guilty. One person has to have done it, and has to be proven guilty. If they cannot find the person who actually did it, the defendant, even proven innocent, is guilty anyways because the evidence is void.
Number 3. No blame games allowed without slick tactics. Phoenix cannot bluff the blame without factual evidence or he risks having innocent people jailed.
Number 2: If the person is accounted near the crime, they cannot have a solid alibi, since they were accounted for. Anyone significant to the crime with a supposed “alibi”, the alibi is void and they are considered near the scene. (this is rather confusing, but I still haven’t decided if alibis around the crime scene are acceptable, like “I was doing laundry near the basement of the building.”)
5. If a certain evidence(s) turns the tide completely theoretically, the case is reopened, but it has to be presented IN THE TIME SPAN OF 5 MINUTES. Also, it has to have been evidence submitted before. If evidence is presented without past knowledge (new evidence not accounted for; doesn’t mean not presented, as long as the non-presented evidences was accounted for by the judge) (evidence is recorded onto a sheet for the judge to verify what was put in as evidence to prevent forgery in the courthouse (this doesn't mean that all evidence isn't forged, it means they can't forge it in the courtroom for a makeshift tide-turner)

Now the question here is, Is there anything that doesn't fit up? Like any loop holes that can bypass these laws. The laws in this need to be as solid as possible for the plot. Any help with strengthing this plot device would be great!
