Ace Attorney Movie Maker Suggestion

I've been planning to make an Ace Attorney video case, in the same style as Turnabout Storm, and was wondering what the best program would be to go about doing that. I do have Window's Movie Maker on my laptop, but for reasons I don't know, it refuses to work right (only uses very specific clip types, won't use clips more than a few minutes long, uploads only one clip at a time, etc.) I'd prefer using something simple, since I'm not very tech-savvy, but I really don't know where to begin.

Sorry to dissapoint you, buuut I think that you might want to use a better video-editor. Cuz Movie Maker is really limited.

Yeah, I realize that. :/ It's pretty much the only video-editing tool I've ever used, hence why I mentioned it.
