I think Electrode works pretty well for Turner Grey. I'm kind of sprite edited out for the day from doing Max but here's an effort free version.

For example Yukimenoko seems far more suitable for Ayame than Morgan, considering they're based off beautiful ice spirits, no? I'd say muumajii would be more suitable for Morgan, as she seems more witch-like and the hat could become hair.
