Sprite Base - Matt Engarde, probably? And for the evil sprites, instead of the random wineglass-hand, could you mix in Wellington's arm from here?
Age - 19
Personality - He's all charismatic, smexy as hell, a total womanizer/flirt, but oh-so-lovable, the lead singer of a rock band, going out with his drummer. In smexiness, hotness, and stage presence, a bit like Adam Lambert and Gerard Way. Like, he's a total SOAB, but you can't help but fall for him.
Appearance - Emo/scene-ish. Black hair, like, dyed-jet-black, with blond-ishs tips, hangs over right eye. Black, gray, and scene purple striped hoodie, but a recolor of the racing jacket would be acceptable as well. Pale, with a single dark purple, Princess-Mononoke-style tattoo under left eye. Hunter green eyes. No scars on revealed right eye. Biker gloves are Black and pale-blue-white striped, no holes/cutouts (full fingerless glove). Watch/phone is darker gray.

I want to make aide sprites for her, but the face doesnt look like her and I'm having problems to shade it
What I need is or the face completed or just a nice first step (good face and base colors) so I can continue it.

not bad, but i made a minor revision - just keep it matts eyes. and the eyebrows need recoloring, and sorry, but when i said right and left, i meant his, not ours, but yours is great too! and if course, the eye tattoo, athe watch is still silver, and the belt is too. sorry for being so picky, but i really love this guy, so... ja. thanx so much tho!
EDIT: and the hair can be all matss, if poss. it looks kinda weird.

As for the left-right issue, I suggest using the terms "viewer-left" and "viewer-right" when talking about the two sides of the sprite. They of course refer to the viewer's left and viewer's right, respectively.

Given, you can make Vector Graphics from scratch in GIMP by using Paths, but you can't take a Bitmap and Vector it through that method.

That's not really vector. It's raster that looks vectory. It still has the same problem with resizing :P
Flash isn't the only program that can make with or deal with vectors (Inkskape is a great free vector drawing tool) But I think it's the only one that can automatically trace them that well.

- I'd love the hair, the eyes, everything. Except, I want her to look just a little older. Maybe 24/25, if at all possible. No gun. Julianna would flip before even considering holding a gun. Her emotions and whatnot are up to you and your abilities. If she can smile, smirk, cry, twitch, look down/away/thoughtful, the more power to yuh! She's the 'suspects' older sister, so she'll be in it quiet a bit. The more emotions/animations, the better.
- I HAVE AN IMAGE! He looks like Julianna, but he's ten years old. Thing is, he's a genius. He likes to wear suits and dress smart, and he always has a condescending look on his normally smug face. His eyes are cold and blue, he usually has his hands behind his back or is ignoring you. He's the main suspect, so I need a lot from him. The goggles/hat thing isn't needed.
If someone can make these, I would greatly appreciate it. If not, s'all good. It's no big deal, just thought it would be killer to have 'em. =3

Requesting a sheet of the name text boxes; the blue ones with "Phoenix", or "Edgeworth", "Judge" et. al. I'm pretty sure I saw a JFA Specific sheet floating around on the forums (but that was a while back), and I can't seem to find them on the media section (only the blank name box).

A little tid-bit I found out.
Behold the amazing skin-colour shifting Judge! The hand on the left is from PW 1,2 and 3. The hand on the right is from AJ. The Judge in Apollo Justice is pinker than his previous judging years in Phoenix Wright!
