Sorry about the wait there! This is Cheryl Blossom, the character of Dee Vasquez. She asked for a couple different poses, so I did them. I like this one. It came out pretty good! THIS IS NOT MY CHARACTER 
This is Noah von Karma, the charater of GodotFan23...32...22.2..3.2.3.2.3.tuesday!. Anyway, He simply asked me to make a sprite for him, and so I did. I posted it here because I think it looks pretty good ^^ THIS IS NOT MY CHARACTER

...I can probably think up of a name later, but he looks 17ish to me. Some of the sprites look a little fuzzy, especially when he tilts his head. His hair kinda-sorta can't-put-my-finger-on-it bugs me, somehow.

Is it the person with the white hair in your sig/avi?Hmm...17 sounds good, considering he's a fan of a rock band. Yeah, the reason they look fuxxy is because I used a different program to tilt things (It works so much better), but it made it look really fuzzy

I'm glad you like him. I was hoping his personality would be likable ^^. Yeah, It's hard to think of an age, because he looks so young sometimes, but others he looks older...But that's pretty much the age range for him.

I'd say that he's about 15-17. And for a last name....umm...you could use Miyamoto for "base of the shrine" because he's a Kyouya fanboy, or Konsato, Japanese romanization of "concert". Or Oyamada for "small mountain field". Like the scene in The Sound of Music where the lady runs around on the hills singing. XD *brick'd*

I really like the Konsato idea, It's not as obvious as Okatu (Maybe Otaku is his nickname, Like Otaku-kun!) (although, the Sound of Music bit gets me thinking

It seems like everyone uses Penny's hair...well, most people anyway. It's nice generic hair ^^
Well, I'm leaning towards Konsato Nouta, with Otaku as a nickname. (Otaku is the equivalant to an obsessive fan, which Nouta is) Okatu is too obivous, Konsato is not as obvious (or at all)!
Allegro Note! XD It's a nice name, but just doesn't seem to fit him..... (XD Who the hell would name their kid Allegro?) I'm now tempted to use Forte! But another Capcom character has that name >_>.

I was looking at tempos for his first name, and I selected 'Marcato' because it translates easily (and he just looks like a Marc. Whee I am biased). It's 'Marked, emphasized', I'd think he'd be very to the point about his love for Garyuu Wave, lala ~
'Attacca' is an instruction meaning to attach. (Proceed to the next section without pause.) He's attached to his fandom! Yes?
Kinda sounds a bit too Italian.
You don't have to use it.Time shuffling sounds like a good idea. That way you can loophole out lots of stuff and still be okay ~
