Seconded.
The arms obviously need some work, since they look both wobbly and blocky at the same time. Try moving the shoulders up a little and smoothen out his deltoids and biceps and stuff, and maybe make the elbows wider.
His mouth looks a bit off, too. The one with him showing his teeth looks like he's biting on a straw, and his frowning poses make his mouth look a little like that of a codfish's. As for the crying... It looks a little alright, I guess, but like DarzieP already said, he wouldn't be crying white tears.
And the last one... To be honest, it reminds me of Ronald McDonald. O__O;

The character lacks shoulders of any kind. That's kind of an odd omission, TBH.
The frowning face is... disturbing. Maybe if you make it not as wide, or round those angles out it'd be cool. =D
