Try a lightblue uniform for Gant, I did that too on a try for a younger Ganteeyy

I like that idea! Thank you so much! :edgy: I've been completely negligent towards my schoolwork, so it'll probably be forever before I get around to making anything, but that's definitely one change I'll try out! :gant:

I'm kind of on temporary hiatus, but so you know I'm not totally dead:

I put the beard back because it's easier to edit talking that way. I don't really want it there, but...*shrug* I already waste more time on sprites than I should.

I've decided to revert Von Karma to an earlier version, because this one doesn't look wacky enough. :maya: I may or may not keep the shoulder pads, but the orange definitely stays.

Necropost! I made some sprites for the Ace Atty Online engine and thought I'd share. They're on the first post and below :)

Spoiler: In court animations!

I also made a new Nejira front to look more like her side, but unfortunately, her head is too small and her hairline isn't defined enough so she looks funny, bah. I think I'll just use Lotta Hart's sprites or something until I can actually make a good Nejira :P

A couple of Gants and another Von Karma :) Gants are just straight recolors, with a few slight modifications. I decided it was just simpler, and I've gotten a bit lazy.

Credit in a really obscure manner to Ceres - I used the palette from Ceres's Young Gant's hair on this Young Gant's hair, but I first made it black instead of dark brown.
IMO the left half (viewer's POV) of the "thinking" Gant's face (3rd one) looks a little strange. Not enough shaping or something? If anyone has any ideas of what it might be, please point it out.

Also, OC sprites:

Nejira still doesn't look so good, but better than the front view :sadshoe: At least it's okay that her head is too small...I also need to flip her, because I realized that now she's set up to be a defense aide rather than prosecutorial aide. :P

My only criticism is the jaws lack movement.

Other than that, I really like your style currently.

You're right; I should fix that. Will do, thanks for the heads up :)
Thank goodness for layers, which should make the process so much easier...

Young Marvin is spectacular, really. And the new blue Gant is perfect. I mean the one 3 posts above. Great color choice. And I don't see any problem with the 3rd's face.

Any hope you're gonna make a young Marvin as an aide? :redd:

Thank you very much! :D

I wasn't planning on making a Gberg aide, no, since he's the player's opponent in the game I'm making. Sorry :( I think it's a pretty do-able mod, though if you plan to attempt it - all I did was recolor, do a hair cut, shrink the mustache a bit, and in the case of this sprite, fatten up Phoenix (for the aide, you'd have to shrink down ol' fat AA3 Gberg). You're free to use my Grossberg head if you attempt it! (credit would be appreciated) :keiko:
Are you doing a fan game or sprite comic?

I was thinking about making an AAO game of Diego's past, and he was mentored by Marvin. Thanks for the tips. If I ever get good at spriting I'll give it a try.

Thanks, though it's actually the exact same palette as the earlier one. The colors weren't blended as well on the other suit, though, so it did look more pixellated, and the white shirt wasn't really working.
