| Post subject: | Quick! Help me make a Hobohoda Halloween costume in 24 hours |
Seriously, I just got a notice of a late-night Halloween costume party like JUST NOW. Okay, starting from now (which is 5:18am for me [GMT+8]), help me create a Hobohoda costume! I get extra points if I go as a Hobo!! Okay, things I can confirm get: 1) A cardboard box to cart around. Possibly a cart as well. 2) 'Grape juice' - I'm getting some grape Hooch so that's perfect 3) The sweater vest thing - Not exactly. It's a sweater-shirt but is close enough in a pinch. 4) Pants - I have to go with jeans. My cargos aren't going to work. I don't have a lot of options right now, especially for last minute shopping. Things still to get: 1) The hat, somehow. I want it less than $10. Any suggestions? (just give me any suggestion, I'll try to find the equivalent in Singapore) 2) The smiley badge (I can maybe make this on time 3) Anything I have forgotten Things impossible: 1) No five o'clock shadow 2) Fellow cosplayers 3) Any hair modifications beyond gel (I have short-cropped hair that's long in the back, so I think it's fine). Shopping options are that I can't have anything above $10 ($5 US approx.). There's a Daiso nearby, so I can get $2 stuff pretty easily. |

You can probably just buy a regular blue skullcap. |
