How did it jump to "The next witness, who also has worked at the store, might be the murderer!" when at that time, there's nothing else known about him and the fact that like acknowledged in the 9th page, that there are a LOT of workers at the store. We know by page 9 that Gelsons has a viable motive but it doesn't make sense at page 8 to make that accusation (hell, if I were the judge I'd penalize Ryder for not having proof) and then just cut to a break.
Also, you misspelled "brother" on page 8, 2nd last row, 2nd farthest to the right.

Well thats part of the mystery.
I purposly left the part of the judge telling the break to leave that up to you.
I mean, the dude's so dumb he couldn't get the concept of having more than one person with the same last name in the courtroom.
If I were to leave that part in, it would of gone something like...
If you want that badly, I'll make the filler XD
Ryder was just buying time. The case is far from over.
In the courtroom, he was saying that there were more possibilities than just one person, it could be another worker at the store. And the next witness just happens to be a worker.
Then in the lobby hes saying that if this one witness isn't acutally the murderer, then there are a lot of other people to hear testimonies from.

Just saying, even a little bit of "filler" would have helped a lot (maybe some reactions from Ema or Payne or even his dad) would be nice because it feels like a chunk of it was missing between the transition.
