UPDATE 12/28/09: AA 1-4 MIDI Rips (bad instrumentalization)

The instrumentalization is wrong about 90% of the time due to the Nintendo DS having no set instruments but the volumes and notes are guaranteed 100% correct.
For now, this is all I can offer. I'm music-retarded, so I wouldn't know how to go about fixing the cracked instruments. If you're feeling adventurous, you can give it a shot on a couple tracks and send me your results. I'll post all contributions in the next version of this rip with full credit to those who submitted.

I'll post said update around New Years... I just want to go through the Apollo Justice set and get rid of some of those note-string and blank tracks Naim mentioned.
@ NeoKitai: Cool. I was mostly just trying to make a collection of the "official" tracks in MIDI form for remixer reference anyways.

Huh... it's hard to deny- 001F is definitely the same track, but without the string section lead-in.

I do have the complete soundtracks so I just try to listen to them.They have quite number of variant of the same tracks so I'm not so sure which one is it.

Actually, it was through a different but similar program, but same idea. And theoretically, yes, I could upload the GK tracks if I had the rom, but I have 56K dial-up internet so I'm holding off on downloading AAI until it comes out in English.

Well, the only changes are in the Apollo Justice set and the changes are, well... that all of the tracks have been named and sorted now with only Allegro 2007 and the Perceive music still missing (as NeoKitai said, the theory we have right now is that they're WAVs, so they may or may not make it into this rip's next update even if they are found).

Expect the WAVs to show up later with all of the MIDIs and the Credits.
UPDATE: I am working on AJ:AA first, then the GS series in order. By the release of AAI:ME, I should have them done.
MORE UPDATE: There are NO missing tracks in GS 1-3. I just found that. However, from my previous experiments, there should be many extras.
AJ UPDATE: Okay, so the package is approximately 30.9 MB, slightly smaller than the tracks I found. They are good as loops, as if you were to combine either one of the intros of Overtaken and the song itself, it flows quite nicely. Why this happened (it not being in the MIDI) is out of my reach of knowledge. All I know is that the missing tracks count to over half the space of the game itself (being about 51MB after trimming)
UPDATE WITH MediaFire: I really need to get MediaFire 2.0 back, it was much simpler. Now, I'm stuck on 94% of the entire ZIP file. And it stopped there.

As for the project itself, it's great that there's MIDIs of all the songs in the series (Because VGMusic's selection is quite skimpy if you ask me).

Wow, such an error on my part.
Oh, and WAVs can be edited into MIDIs as far as my train of knowledge goes. Oh, and there are no multiple part case intros, except for a select few which were re-used later.

Guys, just to clarify when it comes to music, the DS audio hardware relies on a sequencer (basically MIDI seqences) and sound banks that the sequencer refers to (instrument data as you know of it).
Some games don't have any type of sequencer and only relies on .strm files (essentially equivalent to .mp3/.wav files, which are "prerecorded" so to speak)
