Is this too grand for an Objection theme?

I was thinking the Avenger's main theme (or rather parts of it) here would make a good objection theme:

This is better for a "Pursuit" theme IMO, It's more fitting for those really climactic moments!

That could be possible. Although most Pursuit themes are quick-paced (like presto), the Avengers theme and "Casting Magic" from PLVSPWAA are exceptions.

I think the Avengers theme would fit as a "Tell/Announce/Confess the Truth" theme, rather than a Pursuit or Objection theme.

That works, but too piratey for me, though

I'm also looking at Bourne movie OST, Transformers OST, etc, but I got no luck.

Any other movie OST songs that coiuld work for Objection?

Melodic pieces like you would find in japanese games are very hard to come by in movie scores. I'd suggest looking at movies scored by Hans Zimmer, Vladimir Cosma, Ennio Morricone or Raymond Lefèvre. Even then, there aren't many of them.

I guess this piece from Toys could fit, if remixed in a chiptune version. The beginning at least (even if the second half remains my favourite part) :
