Post subject:  Various Remasterings of Ace Attorney (and Investigations)
Hello, first time poster, long time fan of AA - been meaning to join your lovely forum for some time!

May as well just come in right off the bat: over my coming years in Uni I will need to be able to improve my skills in DAW's, electronic programs, and music engineering.

I was going to just remaster and experiment with various AA themes and keep them to myself, but then again, constructive criticism is always appreciated :maya:

Here's the first I shall post in this thread. I will post all of my remasters here for the sake of keeping the forum clean.

Ahhh this is actually so nice! Lying Coldly was always a beautiful song but you made this version SO SO pleasant to the ears!~

It's so smooth and ahhh! You truly did a great job on it! I can't wait to see more stuff from you! AA music is always teh best to remix because the base songs are all so magnificent, so the remixes are just.. so much yes. :wellington:

I agree! The base songs are so great, nice progressions and whatnot :edgey: And the rhythms as well. Mr Sugimori, Kimura and Iwadere have a knack for intriguing music, that's for sure.

Appreciate the feedback! It was what I was going for.

Also, I found an old one of my remasters lying around, and decided to tweak it and polish it some.

I know this is bit of a late bump, (8 months!) but I'm still contributing to this thread.

Long time no speak! Uni took up a lot more of my time than I thought, but I found a spare weekend and thought I'd let you guys know I'm not dead.

Possibly one of my favourites in all Ace Attorney. And, I thought it appropriate to go for an Edgeworth hat-trick.

Honestly, until I get bored of it :yogi: I'll always need practice at mixing/mastering so I don't see myself stopping any time soon.

Very happy you enjoyed it, and more amazed you remembered this thread!

Lying Coldly definitely needs another mastering pass. I like the instrumentation, but the piano is way too bright and present to the point of hurting my ears, and once it kicks in the strings are nowhere to be heard.

Good work on the others, though.
