I've been working on a few lately. Also, I've beaten 7 more than 10 times. I guess I just wasted my time after I beat it the first time, however, that game was so good that I had to play it more than once. I think I still have an un-completed file where I'm about lvl. 60, but I don't know where I'm at exactly.

I haven't beaten Chocobo Tales on DS yet however.
To be honest, I'm feeling that the FF series is getting extremely oversaturated and I can't feel as much attachment to it as I did with FF1-7.

Piece of crap, no. Unless you mean the programming because THAT was absolutely horrendous. To a point where it's such a black hole of suck, even the goatse guy is impressed.
However, I'll agree that it's not the best RPG of all freaking time, like many tout it as, and in that sense, it's overrated.

FF II: same as above.
FF III: beaten for DS, plus extra job and optional boss, done.
FF IV: finished the WonderSwan Color port, all extra dungeons and weapons complete. Will get the DS remake though.
FF V: finished the GBA port, still lacking the extra job, the extra dungeon and two optional bosses, will get back to it.
FF VI: in progress (GBA port)
FF VII: own it, but don't even have a save right now (old memory card has gone missing). Will play it sometime.
FF VIII: finished, all Guardian forces, no Triple Triad for me, done.
FF IX: don't have it yet.
FF X: won, have all ultimate weapons though not all are unlocked, no blitzball, no Dark Eons, will probably never get back to it.
FF XI: doesn't exist for all I care.
FF XII: won, still lacking a couple of hunts, will get back to it. Probably make perfect equipment too.
FF Tactics: in progress.
FF Tactics Advance: won twice, not with all missions. Might make another more complete playthrough.

Final Fantasy VII - Very very overrated. Beat once and sold.
Final Fantasy IX - OMG THIS GAME IS AWESOME! And I'm playing through second time now.
Final Fantasy X - A good game indeed. Beat twice too.
Final Fantasy X-2 - A good game too. Beat twice as well.
Final Fantasy CC - This game is stunning! Wish I still had it. Only beat once.
Final Fantasy TA - This game is cool! Beat twice.
I think that's all. I've had VIII and sold. And I've got FFXII, I love it but it's hard.

FF I & II Dawn of Souls - archaic, yet fun to play if you are patient
FF III DS - nice graphics, yet boring to the extreme... made it to the Garuda fight and surrendered...
FF IV - fun, but not very replayable
FF V - same as FF IV
FF VI - second best FF, great plot with many unexpected twists, quite nice graphics, amazing music...
FF VII - one of the most overrated RPGs ever - good, yet many plot elements are confusing, bad-placed or just dissapointing. The plot itself has also many blank points.
FF VIII - very good, yet with too much emphasis on Squall's angsting and romantic issues between him and Rinoa.
FF IX - The best FF ever - Completed, long, interesting... the only 'dark side' are optional bosses, which are few and horribly-looking (and, as for Ozma, way too luck-based)
FF X - not bad, even good, yet the optional bosses are way too powerful (some kind of lizard at Monster Arena stronger than Sin... doesn't make any sense) and the final fight is an ill-taste joke.
FF X-2 - Too 'Sailor Moonish', as for me.
FF XII - refreshing like a breeze... and the third best FF.
FF VII DC - Many good ideas, but messed up by bad gameplay and AI, and general shortness.

Final Fantasy 1 (GBA): Well, it didn't have so much story, but the music was cool, it didn't take too long to level and such. Enjoyed it.
Final Fantasy 2 (GBA): The "leveling" system was damn bad, I hate grinding you know. But the story was okay.
Final Fantasy 3 (DS): It was very linear and predictable, but I liked it.
Final Fantasy 4 (GBA): So catartic, so cool, awesome! Do i need any more to say?
Final Fantasy 7 (PS): Imo it's very overrated. Not a bad game, but there are many better RPGs than that.
Final Fantasy Tactics Advance (GBA): The atmosphere and the battling system were great, but the quests are kinda repetitive near the end.
Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles (GC): The most special FF. It has some annoying mistakes, but the atmosphere and the music made me unable to stop playing it.
Currently playing FF5 (GBA), I'm near the end and like it very much.
So far, Final Fantasy 5 is the best, FF4 is the second, FFTA is the third.
I also own: FF8, 10, 10-2 and 12.
Just need 6 and 9, and I'll own all of the main (non-MMO RPG) series.

Of those, I've completed X by myself. And by "completed" I mean "Beaten Sin" because I couldn't be bothered with all the side missions.
I've seen the endings of more or less all of them though; my friends are all fanatics and a good evening in for us consists of trying to play through a game as quickly as possible :D

Yep only that one. I had about 89% completed and thanks to the Catnip the game got easier. The other games I got either stuck in or the discs are scratched.Final Fantasy X - Fighting Sin on the airship, darn that time limit...
Final Fantasy VIII - My discs are scratched, so it tilts at a cgi movie on the second disc, so I can't continue. I wish I could really play it though. I really liked FFVIII to that point. Laguna <3
Final Fantasy VII - Stuck in some battle against a robot which Reno sent. Though I'm tired of the games slowness and terrible graphics, so I'll probably play it no more. Hate the overratedness.
Final Fantasy VI (PSX) - Flying with some airship after fighting Kefka in Locke's hometown, I never knew where to head actually... Still, no spirit to play the game.
Final Fantasy XII - Working on it, about 35 hours played. Just arrived to the Phon Coast. LOVE IT.
I'm no good at RPGs, I admit.

Final Fantasy VI (SNES) - Beated several times, did all the sidequest
Final Fantasy VII (PC) - Beated several times too, but I never got a gold chocobo
Final Fantasy VIII (PS1) - Beated several times, did all the sidequest
Final Fantasy IX (PS1) - Got bored of it on disc 3
Final Fantasy Chronicles (PS1) - Never beated FF4 but I got pretty far
Final Fantasy Anthology (PS1) - Never beated FF5, didnt got far either
Final Fantasy X - Beated the main game, but I havent done a lot of sidequest
Final Fantasy XII - Same as FFX
Final Fantasy X-2 - Working on it, am now in chapter 5 I believe
Final Fantasy Christal Cronicles : What a waste of money... what a piece of junk
Final Fantasy Tactics - Beated once
