Transferring Smilies.

As I'm sure you've noticed Court-Records Forums has an incredible selection of smilies.

Now I've tried to use them on MSN but I find they end up horribly shrunken.
Is there anyway I can transfer them to MSN format without any size loss, I figure they are small enough already. :yuusaku:

Yeah i tried that, but there are some that doesnt shrink, like thinking phoenix, and objection of phoenix xD, and i think the sweating as well i've only tried like 6 of phoenix, and yeah most of them shrink with no reason -.-, im guessing maybe if we edit it in paint, and make the image that shrinks bigger may help?, i havent tried but maybe it works, ive done that a couple of times with other stuff

OK here's the deal.

MSN shrinks all non-moving images, but doesn't shrink Animated GIFs (i.e. with multiple layers).

What I had to do was create a GIF using free downloadable GIF creator. I recommend "UnFREEz", being the one I used. It worked.
Make the two layers identical and animate them. It won't move, being the same image twice, but it will keep its size in MSN.
