PMs staying in outbox

When I send PMs to people other than myself, they seem to get stuck in the outbox all day and not get sent. Someone please explain. :<

I think that means that they just haven't looked at them.

Aye. Until the recipient has accepted the PM, it'll remain in your outbox. The advantage of it there is that while it's in the outbox you still have a chance to edit it. Once they receive it, however, it's all over.
