Is anyone else watching/planning on watching this? I found links to it on Tumblr, and it's pretty amazing, as I knew it would be! The links I'm providing have the occasional typo in their subtitles, and at least up to where I've seen there were a few places that were translated into Spanish instead of English, but this is what I've found! If anyone finds better links, please let me know and I can change them up here ;3 Also, according to the videos themselves, these should be viewable on mobile devices. It specifically says 'iPhone', but I can't imagine something that would work on an iPhone and not, say, an Android...

Episode 1 | Episode 2 | Episode 3 | Episode 4

Anyway, about Episodes 1 and 2:
Spoiler: Spoilers!
I wasn't expecting it to go so fast! He caught nine Pokemon in addition to his starter as well as getting his first badge all in Episode 1, then gets his next two badges and makes it all the way to Lavender Town in just the beginning of Episode 2! I'm pleasantly surprised by the speed, and it seems like there will be very little silliness to take away from the main storyline (aside from jabs Green and Red take at each other, of course ;3). I hope we get to see a bit more detail beyond Lavender Town, of course, especially with the Safari Zone and future Gym battles. I wish we could have seen his fight with Lt. Surge! At any rate, I absolutely love it. I especially love that they did the bit with the white hand, and I teared up a bit when they explained Cubone's story..

I haven't cared about the Pokemon anime in years, but this definitely piqued my interest. Looks like it will be way more interesting than the regular show. However, I'm probably just going to wait until it airs here...
Now, even if you apologize...I will not forgive you.

Spoiler:
Great mini-series...

But the last battle was a massive asspull... :zenitora: This mechanic never existed in Gen 1 Insert Digivolution theme here.
Though the ending was funny... Random Mew appears. :will:

Like the creator of Final Fantasy, I'm better at telling a story.

Finished a couple of days ago, I realy liked it. I wouldn't mind a full season of it (or even better a full season of the manga)

Heh heh heh.

I was so proud like a month or two ago when a friend of mine first showed me a certain unsubbed clip from the end of Ep. 4... I could actually catch and understand the gist of what was being said past the din of the cafeteria. As a result, I knew what moves Charizard used and my friend (who knows a lot more about Pokemon than I do) didn't~

Then it got subbed and it took me two weeks to watch all four parts
So I finally grew a brain and remembered to give myself a signature... Whoopee.
Snackoos IRL. They are delicious and are covered in real chocolate. #so-grateful-I'm-Filipino

Excuse me if I contradict myself. I do that.

It was awesome. The dub was weird though.
Also, the mega evolution(I still love it, though) killed the nostalgia feels.

Far too short. They tried to cram too much in 4 episodes.
