Ahhh yes... Metalocalypse.... One of my favorite Adult Swim cartoons.

I didn't like it much -- if at all -- when it first came on, though it grew on me by the end of the first season. If they keep up the story like that, they may have something good.

I don't like it really. I thought it wasn't really a metal show for metal fans. I thought it was a metal show for pasty white junior high kids who think they are hardcore because they have the saint anger CD. Also some metal I find well abysmal but others are amazing. I did like the Phish reference in the submarine episode though. Yay Phish! *Sorry if I offend someone with the term pasty white what I'm trying to say is well uber nerds. I'm white too so I'm not like trying to hate on someone for just being white*

No, it's a metal show for people that like it. Some of the subject matter is rather obscure (Norway jokes, for instance) and some it rather simply funny that doesn't require you to name over one hundred metal bands with umlauts in their titles.

The show doesn't seem to have any target audience unless your talking gender and age.

Y'know what I find funny 'bout Brocken's comment?

That it's usually the kind of things the "pasty white" people he denounces say.

Either way, Metalocalypse... watched a few episodes, didn't really like it... although I do dig Thunderhorse on GH2.
