I've noticed that the Prosecutor has made, one or two posts? I'll gladly take that role, I've only been a Defense Attorney before, so a little change will make things intresting. I'll be able to post daily no doubt.

Well, I haven't received a response from Madame Sho yet. As the Prosecution Aide, she gets to choose first. If I don't receive a response from her today or on Sunday, the role's yours.

Madame Sho has retained her role as Prosecution Aide, so you may be the prosecutor. You may start posting in the trial thread as soon as you choose a name for your character.

Do I need to start from the beginning of the case and work my way to where we are, or should I just start from the investigation?

My character will be :Reid Marrow.

My post was a summary post all the way up to the point where everyone last off. I hope this isn't a problem, if it is, I will ammend my post.

I'll be the Detective.

Name: Finn O'Connor
Age: 23
Details: A laid-back, general nice guy, his sloppy report work is redeemed by his quick thinking and excellent deductions.

Hey there. I read through the roles, and as I got interested about this thing. I have some knowledge about theatre in general, and I was wondering if the spot of Virginia Wagner is still open?

Yes, I did read through the trial so far. It seems like you have been playing her role, naturally in a more knowledgeable way about theatre than anyone else. Yet, if it is possible (or you don't feel like it's fun/fair/worthwhile to do other roles than your intended one as a defendant) I would be glad to take part in this. :)

You're just in time; Furtzurbus has opted out of this case. I just need to properly handle the detective's exit, then you will be able to assume that role if you wish.

Sorry about that. No, the case isn't dead, I've just neglected to find a way to remove Furtzurbus's character so the new detective can come in. I'll go ahead and handle that.

GL. I don't think this detective is gonna show up anytime soon. Its already been a week and 5 days and he hasn't posted. We want to avoid this getting locked, right? (kinda like mine did, but I wasn't that into it after a while :P)

Sorry, was I supposed to post here first? Much apologies.

Name: Caelestis Atra
Profession: Detective
Age: 22
Looks: Image Note: Short for her age
Personality: Normally upbeat and pretty enthusiastic about her job. Observant, but tends to say her observations aloud without truly taking in the repercussions of saying such. Easily stressed and disorganized, but not easily angry/frustrated. Tends to be a klutz and awkward around people. However, always completely professional when in court and doesn't like it when the case gets off-topic during court proceedings. Is very proud of what she does and doesn't like to admit when solid evidence is contradicted or when she's told she did something crucial poorly. Strangely enough, she's normally able to admit when she's wrong when the evidence is circumstantial in nature.

You didn't need to. I just mentioned your arrival so everyone else would pick up the pace. I sent PMs to everyone, so the only thing keeping the case from continuing is everyone else's inactivity.

Got it. The defense is all prepared for court, so all that's left is the prosecution's investigation. You can build off of anything your predecessor found out. You are cleared to participate in the case.

I got that impression, but I also considered the possibility that you were serious. I mean no offense, but people who are new to the forums sometimes forget to read the rules or get a good sense of how things work, so I considered it possible that you might have simply misunderstood how the board worked.
