It's pretty clear "EmaJusticeSkye" is inactive, someone should take her role.

Give it time my friend. If by next week he does not respond. He'll be replaced with someone else.

Mr. Hide is also inactive... perhaps I should take his role.

Post subject:  Re: Turnabout Rouge [Applications are closed]

shouldn't you edit the forrum topic back to applications are open? Then more people'd be likely to check it out.

Post subject:  Re: Turnabout Rouge [Applications are open]

Well, it's been a few weeks and the RP is on a standstill.... Should I play the role or will any of you still active try to recruit more?

Author:  The Canadian Judge [ Sat May 19, 2012 7:56 pm ]
Post subject:  Re: Turnabout Rouge [Applications are open]

I don't think we'll be able to recruit more people, the forums are pretty much dead in terms of RP-ing. You should take the roles of the inactive players.

sounds like a plan to me.

Ok, if that's the case. I may need to know who isn't playing anymore and what are their characters?

*wags finger ala Young Edgey* You are forgetting the main one, Regina Berry played by EmaJusticeSkye. Please PM them so I can rolecall them here.

The PMs have been send.

I didn't get one but then again I respond.

Post subject:  Re: Turnabout Rouge [Applications are open]

Cuz you're one of the only active RPers here.

Ok, someone has decided to make this a little more interesting. There's this person interested to join but as a PROSECUTORIAL AIDE. Normally aides are to the defense. But the idea seems a bit exciting to use. So, any thoughts about this? I agreed to it, to at least give this case some original flavor.

I like the idea of having a prosecutor's aide. Who is this mystery man?

This person.

Yeah, you're probably right. We should start the trial now, the role call has failed.

So what do I need to do to show who my character is before I get into this trial?

Post subject:  Re: Turnabout Rouge [Applications are open]

As for the failed rolecall, I shall assume, direct, and complete control over some of the inactive roles

Only people I'll keep are Vera, Phoenix, Joe Udgey and Lang, and Jake. That would mean, 10 roles to be filled in. Please assume control over a few more, so I don't get hassled for all the roles.

EDIT: just gimme a short bio, your OC's name and I think you'll be set.

Post subject:  Re: Turnabout Rouge [Applications are open]

Okay. And I'll take Gumshoe if you need.

Now, for that profile.

Name: William Hendrick

Age: 38

Occupation: High Prosecutor (I figure the Chief Prosecutor is Edgeworth)

Description: Brown hair styled in a mullet, green eyes, stands 6' 2" tall, light complexion, athletic build, wears a red jacket, black shirt, white tie, black slacks and tan dress shoes.

Personality: Concise, sharp, prefers quicker pace. Dislikes verbose statements. Sees it as buying time to think while rambling about nothing. When he sees a weakness in the defense's case, he takes advantage of it for everything until it is no longer a vulnerable point. At the same time, he doesn't mind going back over old information in light of new revelations.

Bio: Hendrick was born in Dallas, Texas and trained after college for a while to become a police officer. He worked as an officer for 3 years. An incident forced him to leave (may reveal as relevant) and he went to law school, taking up
professional boxing to help pay his way. He joined as an assistant prosecutor 10 years prior and worked his way up to becoming a High Prosecutor. He has taken several cases on his own, though this will be his first time prosecuting a case under Edgeworth.

Don't forget me! I never received a PM, so sorry if this response is a little late. Can I take over the role of Lang? Also, I was originally Wocky.

Post subject:  Re: Turnabout Rouge [Applications are open]

I'll take Phoenix Wright, Vera Misham, Miles Edgeworth and Jake Marshall.

Can I play Maya Fey please?

Author:  Razor2010 [ Wed Jun 06, 2012 1:35 am ]
Post subject:  Re: Turnabout Rouge [Applications are open]

So, some people are finally back. Ok, decisions time.

@Luke Atmey: Your role is re-instated and your second role is to be discussed with lanrey
@Rarar: PM DoMaya first since he's taking the role
@lanrey: Last spot on the list is Rhoda.
@Canadian Judge: New Spots confirmed.

Post subject:  Re: Turnabout Rouge [Applications are open]

If no one else will take Rhoda, I suppose I will so we can finally get this case rolling.

Post subject:  Re: Turnabout Rouge [Applications are open]

I'll leave the role of Maya and just play as April. :edgy:

Author:  Razor2010 [ Fri Jun 08, 2012 5:56 pm ]
Post subject:  Re: Turnabout Rouge [Applications are open]

@Badd: Alright, accepted extra role
@Rarar: Um, aren't you already playing April? That leaves Maya's spot open then. And besides, she'll be needed in day 3.

So right now, let's close applications and resume the trial. Canadian Judge, head to the RP and post as Regina please.

Yes, I am, I was just saying that I'll play as her only and not as Maya. :garyuu:

Post subject:  Re: Turnabout Rouge [Applications are open]

I suppose this trial will explain two things I'm wondering myself right now:

1) Why is Klavier defending pro bono?

2) Why are lawyers who passed the bar in America (or Japan if we're going off of there) trying a murder that happened in France?

Author:  Razor2010 [ Sat Jun 09, 2012 3:43 pm ]
Post subject:  Re: Turnabout Rouge [Applications are open]

Ah, for your inquiries though... Let's see.

Klavier is taking the case ala Miles Edgeworth from Bridge to the Turnabout with his older bro Kristoph taking his time in Solitary, so, in a sense, he entrusted the dual career.

And for the immigration question, Klavier has his branch office in France too since, he also prosecutes cases there though.

I'm sorry if I can't make up better explanations, I made this case sometime ago and I had yet to polish those questions.

Okay. So I take it once they're done with Regina, everyone else starts to come in through the investigation.
