Even still, I added my trial description for the sole purpose of enlisting users ahead of time (which may or may not be a good idea, according to their situations).
Just to give people something to think about, here is a different idea: Would CR (assuming a higher-up reads this) create a separate forums for such things as RP trials?
I'm not demanding it, but wouldn't it be easier? Just something to think about...

The defendant’s younger brother. A kind guy that truly idolizes his older brother.
Chic Adee (female, 17 years old)
The president and founder of the ‘Statement!’ fan club. A chipper and happy young girl, Chic was backstage at the time of the murder, standing a few feet across from where the murderer stood. She had a camera with her.
Mike Camera (Male, 37 years old)
The sound guy at the Battle of the Bands competition. A little clumsy, Mike was standing behind one of the cameras facing the stage the night of the murder. Due to sight problems, he wears glasses, which fell off at the time of the murder.
Death Details
The victim was stabbed twice in the back with throwing knives, once in the left shoulder blade and then again in the square of his back. The victim died of blood loss.
Other info
Five years prior to the death of Mr. Solid, the drummer of that band ‘Statement!’, Klaus Doors died in a fiery car accident. Mr. Doors is actually the younger brother of Rose Desert, AKA Ace O’Hearts fiancée.

Turnabout Emergency Room
Crime: Murder
Victim Data: Ethan Woodward, Age 35 - A joy-riding thrill-seeker whose favorite activities involved flying down the highway in his car, picking up women, and smoking fine cigars.
Suspect Data: Dr. Brooke Alister, Age 28 - Cardiac surgeon at Lady of Mercy Hospital. Outwardly, very pleasant and friendly.
Cause of death: Poisoned with coniine injected intravenously with a hypodermic needle.
Reason for arrest: The hypodermic contained the defendant's thumb print, coniine was found in her locker, and she is the only suspect with a clear motive to kill.
Summary of events
On the day of the crime, the victim, Ethan Woodward, was scheduled to have surgery on the coronary artery. Dr. Alister was scheduled to perform the surgery. After the surgery was completed, the victim was taken to his room. The victim was slain here. As the victim was under anesthesia, there was no struggle.
Witnesses and other important people
Dr. Kevin Cesca, Age 34 - Exceptionally talented heart surgeon devoted to his work. Originally scheduled to perform Woodward's surgery, but placed Alister in the position instead.
Dr. Mark Guiterrez, Age 28 - Anesthesiologist for Woodward's operation. Recently transferred to Lady of Mercy.
Gail Cruz, Age 33 - Nurse present during surgery. Has a large crush on Dr. Cesca.
Initial Evidence
Woodward's Autopsy Report - Cause of death: poison injected intravenously. Puncture wound in femoral artery. Time of death - 2:15PM
Woodward's Medical Report - Explains Woodward's heart surgery, written by Dr. Alister. It details the surgery ending at 2 PM.
Hypodermic Needle - Found in Woodward's leg. Contained blood and coniine. Alister's thumbprint is the only fingerprint on it.

Summary: This murder took place at Elric Clinic. The defendant is Dr. Mary Connors. The victim is Jason Green, a patient that happened to come in the day of the murder. (The details are below)
Victim: Jason Green (M, 34) One bullet shot to the head. His body was found in Elric Clinic. The estimated time of death was between 1:00 PM and 1:30 PM. His occupation was a suregon at Elric Clinic. He has a bad injury on his shoulder, and he needs to take a needle every hour for it. Jason was also found holding Mary's bracelet.

Since then, she has been in the detention center. Her sister, Caitlin Connors, has been close with the victim, Jason, for a long time. There had been a car crash before this incident, where the victim, Jason, Caitlin, and Mary were all driving in. Suddenly, they crashed into a car and everything went black. Jason and Mary managed to escape, but, alas, Caitlin did not. She died that day, and the police think because of that crash, Mary had a clear motive to kill the surgeon. Her occupation is a surgeon at Elric Clinic.

Patricia Clark: (F, 22) Friends with Mary. She says she wants to deny it, but she says she also saw Mary shoot the victim.

Jason's Autospy Report: Victim: Jason Green (M, 34) One bullet shot to the head. His body was found in Elric Clinic. The estimated time of death was between 1:00 PM and 1:30 PM. His occupation was a suregon at Elric Clinic.
Pistol: Murder weapon. Found at the scene, right next to the victim. The balistic markings on the bullet match with the pistol. Mary's fingerprints all over it.
Bullet: Taken from the victim's head. Ballistic markings match the gun that it was shot from.
Rubber Band: Rubber band found at the crime scene. It has unindentified fingerprints on it, and it looks used recently.
Needle: The victim had to take a needle every hour because of his injury. Appears to not have been used, and looks washed. No fingerprints.
Strip Of Cloth: Cut from the victim's shirt. Reason unknown, large handprint on it that has yet to be indentified.
Bracelet: Appears to be Mary's. Has her fingerprints on it.

A murder case takes place backstage in the bathroom. A man is found dead in a rocking chair in the bathroom with a bullet in his head and foot. The victim's name was Amy Buflict.
The main suspect was her stepson Percy. Everyone thinks percy committed the murder because he had a huge grudge against Amy...and the reason will become clear during the case.
Your job is to defend poor Percy who isn't even ten yet.
When the police investigated the scene the murder weapon was not in normal sight. It was found in the toilet next to the rocking chair. It bore the defendent's fingerprints as well as something...Unsual which will be revealed in the case.

Brief Case Description:
Duke King was found dead, lying face down in his open space garage. Based on the immediate analysis, he was shot at point blank range on his backside, causing him to fall down from his balcony and hit the brick paved garage. The blunt force trauma was the main cause of death.

Duke learned the value of money at a very young age. Through his hard work and dedication, he successfully led and organized a company with his two close friends, Mark Kwis and Earl Noble. In only a few years, the company's income sky rocketed. It has been said that Duke was the true genius behind the company's success. Duke has always been quick to disagree with the claim, saying that the company was built on a trinity of men, not only himself.
Defendant:
Earl Noble
28 years of age
Duke's close friend along with Mark Kwis. Very laid back and has always been known to be the most easy-going of the three. Occasionally, speculation on how the Earl and Mark became acquaintances arise, considering how different the background and personality of the two are. Earl has been dubbed to have quite the temper, but due to the rare occurrence of him actually being angry, it is feasible that the only people to ever witness this are his two friends.
Motive: The two were said to be arguing a few hours before the murder, the reason of the argument unknown.
Witness:
Mark Kwis
38 years of age
The eldest of the three friends, and also the most level headed. He has a cold air around him, only loosening around people he truly trusts. Mark has been Duke's friend since college and it was around that time that the two thought about opening their own company, thusly, becoming entrepreneurs. After a few years, Mark was introduced to Earl through Duke. The three of them became the founding fathers of Duke's company today.
Witness:
Katherine White
18 years of age
Duke's maid. She has a fondness for reading and is quite blunt with her statements. Katherine is the only maid Duke has ever had. The reason for this is unknown.
Evidence List:
Duke's Gun - Bears the fingerprints of the victim and the suspect.
Autopsy Report - Immediate death at 8:10 pm ; Cause of death: Blunt trauma caused by the impact of falling from a 2nd story building. Gunshot wound found at the right shoulder blade area.
Documents - Documents which state the relinquishment of 70% of Duke's savings and income to Earl, once anything were to happen to him. Company management would be divided in half and given to his two friends.
Map of Duke's House - Shows an overhead view of the estate.

Crime: Murder..
Case Information: A woman mysteriously dies in a bathroom in the middle of a concert. Her son was suspected of murder, when he didn't do it...but he did do something.
Summary: I summarized some of the case above but I will give more info.
A woman was mysteriously shot to the head with a gun, that was never found, until the day of the trial. The murder weapon was a foot long gun.
Victim: The woman who was killed knew the suspect because it was her son. Her son is 17 and is completely innocent. The victim was really nice, but very stressed. The witness(es) knew her because they were relatives. The main witness was the victim's latest husband. The other witness was her cousin.
Suspect: As I said before the suspect knew the victim because it was his mother. The teenager is a big snob who needs to be put in his place and he won't reveal a thing about the murder. The first witness is his step father who he hates entirely.
Witnesses: The two witnesses in the case are from the victims family. the first witness is Greggory Fleggarin. It seems that he absolutely adores his wife...until you see the real sid of him. The second witness is Virginia Gaggarinly...she's the victim's cousin who absolutely adores her aunt, and wants to be like her.

[Autopsy Report- Victims Death estimated about 10PM to 11PM. Her death was a bullet to the head.
Jet Pistol 45: The Murder weapon, that only a person on the black market could access. It appears to have been shot more than once.
Victim's Purse: The victim's purse had a series of weird numbers in it (which you will investigate later). There also is an interesting note in it.
Note: The note is in the victim's handwriting and it has some type of unidentified liquid on it. The writing is blurred due to the liquid on it.

Description: The bass guitarist for the band "Falling TearDrops" was found dead backstage the morning after a show. Decisive evidence points towards the defendant.
Victim data: Thomas Burton; Age: 23: Killed with a single blow to the head from being hit over the head with defendant's guitar.
Suspect data: Allison Crowley; Age: 22: Lead singer and lead guitarist of the band. Currently having trouble managing her rock group.
Reason for suspicion: Has had problems with bandmates in the past. Also has record of unruly behavior after drinking herself into a stupor and mild schizophrenia.

- Reason for suspicion: The defendant was found in the girls' bathroom down the hall from the scene of the crime when the police arrived in the building. The murder weapon and a bloody set of clothing were found in the trash can of this bathroom.

Description: During the screening of the new film, "West of the Wood" a man's head was cut off with a fruit knife. Suspect was caught fleeing the scene, with traces of the victim's blood on her hands.
Victim data: Martin Hamilton; 26, a normal guy out on a date. His head was found lying beside his left foot.
Suspect data: Danielle Trishman, age 24, was the victim's girlfriend. She's a little paranoid.
Reason for suspicion: The defendant was found fleeing the scene of the crime with traces of blood on her hands. The murder weapon also bore her fingerprints.

* Autopsy report: Martin Hamilton. Died between 2 and 3pm. Died instantly, due to the seperation of his head from his body.
