This is my first attempt to orchestrate an RP, so hopefully the story will interest someone...

The current year is 2030. Technology has spread considerably through the world, and even the most undeveloped areas of before have their fair share of it. Computers and cellphones are just the tip of the iceberg: the most advanced nanotechnology can currently be used to heal wounds and conditions which were otherwise considered incurable, and even create new beings like androids, if given enough material to work with.

This is all thanks to the Jinkuro family, which has a company that invested in finding an easy, cheap way of working with mechatronic bodies, and in the past years, it made the most insane amount of profit. On the year 2029, however, the head of the family, Kisuke, died, and his will gave all rights of the company to his only daughter, Satori, which had been never known by the general public up to that point. Once she took charge of the company, however, strange things started to occur worldwide.

Messages were sent to all world leaders, with a couple of demands, like a perma-ban of firearms, both mainstream and military, and a forced policy of diplomacy between each country's neighbors, ceasing any hostility. When the demands were ignored, there was a mass malfunction in several gadgets, robots going haywire and even electricity being cut out during the night. The authorities believe Satori and a couple of reliable henchmen are responsible for that, but they dissapeared from the map, and no one is sure of where to find them. However, a small message from Satori herself reveals her living place on purpose. What is her reason for that? What is she after? And what can she do with such influence over the technologic world?

That's the main story.

The rules:

1 - Obey the regular rules of the RPs in this forum. They can be checked here. This includes the "no God-modding rule", but I'll mention it again just for emphasis.

2 - Don't block people's actions infinitely. Sometimes, if someone tries to hurt you, the story might develop better if you do get hit instead of dodging it. That doesn't mean you can't still dodge and evade several attacks. But don't think only about your character: think of the story's progress as a whole. In fact, if an in-game conflict between two RPers take place, I strongly suggest both of the involved agree together in deciding what will happen next (or who should win). It's not a necessity, but it is an option...

3 - Characters from Ace Attorney and Apollo Justice are accepted. Original characters are more than welcome too.

4 - You cannot use any firearms, unless you're an outlaw of some sort. The reason for that is that Satori's demand for the firearm perma-ban was installed in order to appease her actions until the governments can find her and confront her. To compensate for that, if you want to use a weapon, you can use the main feature of this RP, which is your cellphone. It CAN morph into one mechanic similar of a medieval weapon, like a sword, a scythe... hell, even a key, it's your choice. But each cellphone can only morph into one weapon.

5 - You're not forced to fight against Satori. If you so wish, you can try to defend her actions and minions.

Occupation: Computer Programmer, having loads of difficulties with the computers malfunctioning.
Description: With shaggy, brown hair, blue eyes, and gigantic glasses that make her eyes look HUGE, Elicia looks like a nerd. She is short, wears sneakers or flip-flops since she isn't comfortable in high heels, and has freckles that sharply stand out against her pale complexion. She usually wears a long-sleeve shirt and a long skirt, so she looks plenty formal for work.
Cellphone: Fanrizen, morphs into a metallic fan.
Bio: Elicia was always incredibly smart, and grungy looking. Her parents insisted she learn self-defense, and made her learn as many kinds as possible, which she did reluctantly. Now, it seems that she is finally going to make use of it. The metallic fan doesn't look like a strong weapon, but used correctly, it could be deadly.))
