If you want a punishment, then the usual punishment is that if one person guesses the word and is wrong, they can make no more guesses from that point on. Otherwise it punishes everyone too much for one person's mistake.
I guess I because I can't recall much about the ZE games at the moment.

Actually, I've come up with an alternative that hopefully will be acceptable.
If a person guesses the phrase wrongly, they aren't allowed to guess the phrase for 3 turns in a row, and their mistake will be counted as a single wrong letter guess.
Is that ok?
