Edit: I've already made my therory that Luke was neglected as a child, and feels the need to act out for attention, hence we have case 3-2. Ron? Maybe he lost someone close to him as a child, like a little sister, and feels the need to protect and serve, which is why he married Dessie. I could go on for hours, but I won't.
