Here's How I Believe The "Trilo Love Triangle" Turns Out After Case 3:
1. Moe takes over the Circus as Ringleader and takes Regina under his wing like his own Daugther.
Moe teachs her about what real life is like because her real never did incudling what is love.
2A. Eventually, everyone gets over the Ringmaster's murder and Trilo gets back into his idea of Marriage. He'll eventually get the courage and idea to propose to Regina.
2B. Meanwhile, Max is helping the Circus get back on it's feet. He also becomes a better pal with Moe and eventually they start discussing the future of the Circus.
3. Trilo finally gets to propose to Regina who finally realizes that Trilo is Puppet. Regina denies Trlio his wedding proposal but is gently about it.
4. Max finally convinces to Moe that he is love with Regina and that he wants to date to her. Moe give him the permission to date to Regina and eventually, the truely fall in love and they get married after a few years of dating.
Happy Ending!!!

are my OTP, so take my opinion with a large grain of salt.Well, actually, I think that Trilo will propose while Max is distracted with getting the circus going again because he's sneaky. And he'll get shut down, since Regina seems like she's starting to get a grip on reality at the end of 2.3.
I think Regina would get married at around 18, since Max was keen on asking her so soon. (Max's themesong in my head is "Cradle of Love" ^_^;)
Either that or Regina will become obsessed with making Bat better and forget about Max and Trilo.

I think that, had Ringmaster Berry lived, Regina would have married Max (since Max asked the Ringmaster about it, and he seemed to like the idea)
I definitely think Trilo will propose, but even if Regina accepted I doubt it would ever actually go through XD
I HOPE she ends up with Max (just look at my avatar!) but by the end of Case 3 there is also a possibility she will spend a lot of time with Bat, and perhaps that relationship will blossom.

I just wanted to say, I LOVE that!
I think that Bat will wake up with Regina at his side and then THOSE two will get married, have kids, and happy endings for all except for Max, Ben, and Trilo.
