Yes, but if Phoenix has homosexual tendencies at all, Edgeworth wouldn't have been the only guy Phoenix might have commented on. Unless you're suggesting that Edgeworth is the only man Phoenix could be interested in?

If you want to determine someone's sexuality just from a few of the comments they make in-game, I'm going to have to say Godot is homosexual then, because he flirted with Armstrong a bit. Mia was just his co-worker, and calling her "Kitten" doesn't mean anything because he called Dollie that, too--it's just his style.

Well, he obviously liked Iris, and he got all nervous around Desi. While he never came out and said, DAMN SHE'S HOT! It was pretty obvious.

Even though Iris was Dollie, he still loved both of them at some point.
But maybe there isn't enough proof to say without a doubt that he's not (which I said from the beginning) bi, but he hasn't shown any homo tendencies while he has shown hetero tendencies, so I said that I find it unlikely. Not definitely not, just unlikely.
