Can we get that "Last Edited" thing removed?

I'd love it.

I edit my posts a lot, and most of the time if you don't do it fast enough, it leaves this ugly "Last edited by Holy Hell at Stupid o' Clock" below my sig with an amount of space between them. It looks really obnoxious.

I would also like to see it removed too as it is possible.

As HP said, We can just type EDIT ourselves if we need to make note of important edit change.

The point of it is really so that the moderators can see if you've edited your post. That way if you flame someone, and edit it out before a mod sees it, there's still at least some kind of evidence left behind if someone reports you.
