EDIT: One of the reviewers who gave the game a perfect score had some other points on the GS5 introduction page. I quickly translated these as well. This information was available on hoso_boso's blog.

Spoiler:
・When I first heard it was in 3D, I was admittedly worried, but playing the game, it feels perfectly natural.
・One thing that "surprised" me was Athena's facial expressions. She makes some really strange faces for a heroine, which made me further like her character.
・Finding the contradictory feelings in the Mood Matrix gets quite difficult in the latter half of the game.
・Despite being a part of a series, character backgrounds are explained well so anyone can jump into this series with this game.
・Please experience the big Turnabout at the end of the game!

Translated some bullet points (from hoso_boso's blog) of the cross-review in Famitsu:

Spoiler:
・Athena's Mood Matrix didn't feel out of place.
・The added features makes it easier to play the game.
・The game's climax/finale is very surprising/dramatic. Just as you would expect from the series' best game!
・Music is good.
(Comments from the two 10 reviews)

・Moves along at a good pace and the shifting circumstances in court are very nerve-wracking and really draws you in.
・Everything in the game feels improved.
・The 3D anime's presentation is impressive.
(Comments from the 9 review)

・Much like previous games, the story's good pacing from the start draws you in.
・Feels a little "forceful" at times, but the tactics in court provide excitement that draws you in.
(Comments from the 8 review)

Also, the game's completion time is roughly 25 hours.

Thanks for showing these! Looks like the finale is pretty great from what we're seeing, which is good because the finales are often what most of us remember most about the game.
I used to have Sam Waterston as my avatar but photobucket added a watermark and also Law & Order has been cancelled for 10 years so it's time for me to move on.

There's also some more screens of Pearl and a section on Psyche-Locks, so I guess we know what'll be on the official site in a few hours.

Thanks for the translations!

Any time! :-)

According to hoso_boso, even with the new Pearl screenshots, we don't yet know what Case she appears in. My guess is C4 since I'd assume Phoenix is the main character when she appears. I don't know if they'd want to reveal anything about C5 (assuming there is one... well, there probably is one).

The way the reviewer really wants us to see the ending, I'm wondering if there's something there that will be of great significance to fans of the series. Things are getting a lot more interesting.

Yeah I'm really intrigued by how enthusiastic he was about the ending. I think that probably Pearl will come back in Case 4, and maybe what happens in case 4 sets up a cliffhangar of sorts and sets up Case 5, the case in which you-know-who will appear.

This is great. I didn't like that the AAI games were so much easier than the earlier games, but at the same time I didn't like how easily you could get stuck during the investigation phases in AA1-AA4. Now it seems like it's a little bit more difficult again, but you have the options to turn on little hints. I don't think I will use the hints during trial segments, but the check list and the fact that every searched area gets an check mark will really make the investigation phase much more enjoyable (for me).

The check list will help a lot for my second playthrough, but I actually kind of enjoyed getting stuck. I say that because I liked having to really explore every nook and cranny. That being said, there were some times during the series where I went "Wait, this is what I had to do?" I wish there was an option to go through a Case without the checklist made available... But, unfortunately, it will be there taunting me...
