Go Nintendo's found the (Super Creative and Origional) box art from a Press Release at Games Press. This is the most reliable piece of evidence thus far that Capcom Europe might indeed release GS3.

There was a screen introducing the game and some DS for the gamers to try the game. I came near the gamers and saw the game playing on the DS but I didn't dare to bend down to read the screen -> couldn't see if it was in french but I guess it would be kind of silly if they were introducing the US or the japanese version.
