And on the whole BBC issue, I don't give a damn.
Don't get me wrong, it was great, when I first started here I got to know quite a few people in the "Say something nice about the above poster" topic, and quite a few friendships grew out of the Mafia games, but you all are making to big a deal out of it.
Yes, the BBC should come back, and it should have a better system in place for game creation, but everyone's whining and complaining isn't gonna help things.
I don't know if you can set this up, but with my limited mod/admin knowledge I know there are settings that make it so a mod/admin has to approve any posts, maybe you could set it up so that when someone makes a topic in the BBC a mod or admin has to approve of it before the topic goes public.
That way if Billy makes a topic that doesn't need to be made a mod/admin can just veto it before anyone posts/sees it, but if it's OK then they approve it and Billy gets his game and happy tiems for everyone.
Not only would this cut down on useless game clones but force people to make better first post explanations of the games, because I saw way to many games where the first page was some lame "OK let's play!" and then everyone asking "what are we supposed to do?" than there needed to be.
Want your game to fly? You gotta sell the forum staff on it first.
Who knows, maybe a nice mod/admin may even say "sounds interesting, but you need to make a better explanation first." and actually help Billy's game become a reality.

That being said, we have got something planned. We're just not telling you about it until we're settled. Sorry if I sound snappy, but I don't like the feeling that's going round that we owe you anything. I had to spend a lot of my holiday outside the holiday house to get a signal on my phone so I could help. I spent a lot of money too. If anything, you guys owe me something. XD

But you know what, I apologize. I'm still upset over a minor misunderstanding: the abrupt lockdown of the "discussion" thread I mentioned in my earlier post. In fact, this quote right here is all I'm looking for, a reminder of the situation and that we can't have our answers just yet. I'm well aware and certain the admin team has all kinds of things planned, and they're not at liberty to reveal everything.
Blame me for thinking the admin team is responsible for keeping an open communication line. Apparently, I can't appreciate the enormity of the situation, because I'm just looking out for me and mine (whoever that may be).

I'd actually go as far as to say that the mafia game would be bottom of the priorities for me if I was in charge and in these circumstances.
I think it will be quite a while before we get to the end of this.
Right now isn't the time for it anyway. The staff have enough on their hands already.
Just wait a while, until everything is all settled in and the staff can focus on the smaller issues more clearly without trying to work around getting things running, then bring the issue up again.
Trust me, they'll appreciate it much more if you do and may even give a more optimistic look at things for your consideration of their current lack of freeness.
There is a time and a place for everything. ;D
And we all know the issue won't die, as long ad MSOB and Velo draw breath it won't die.
