I'm not sure at all, but I think the two tracks in bold are the two additional tracks from the Autumn's concert of Gyakuten Meets Orchestra 2008. That's my guess.
And in the DVD (which contains the promotional videos) there is :

The soundtrack seems not be included in this LE. It comes out something around June 23rd (not sure though).
The pictures with Franziska and co. are undoublty cards or something, not posters.
I've never heard of any OVA, but it's definitely not in this LE (or Capcom changed its content lately, but I seriously doubt that.)
The special rewrite version of Gyakuten Meets Orchestra includes, as JapaneseGIRL mentioned when the LE was revealed, a little manga.
And those scans come from Famitsu's April 8th issue.
