Post subject:  A whole bunch of new AA4HD screens
You know what could liven up this Wednesday evening? Some new AA4 HD screens!

Capcom Japan sent out a whole new batch of screens to sites like Famitsu and 4Gamer to promote the upcoming release of AA4 on mobile. While no date is set for Japan, the game will be released December 1st (iOS) and December 8th (AND) in America (and other English-speaking countries?)

Screens in a spoiler box so as not to blow up the page, but you can see the Gavins, Trucy, the new investigation UI, perceive, and even a snazzy new save screen! Gameplay looks to be much the same, though the articles say there will now be an auto-save function as well.

Looking good. But I remain skeptical until I see it in proper motion. I'm REALLY hoping that unlisted video was just an error like everyone says and not actual realtime footage of the game.

Trucy and Kristoph look a bit off,but everyone else is fine.

Anyone notice that they're taking a lot of the UI from DD,including the auto save thing? Well,I can't say that I disliked that,so....fine by me.

I think Trucy looks adorable. Klavier looks like an idiot in his pointing pose. Never noticed Plum's split eyebrows.

What is the problem with how Trucy looks? I can't see anything unusual about her.

I think the problem is that, as with the trilogy, these sprites were not drawn with the intention to show it in full resolution. But unlike with the AA trilogy, they're still fairly high quality with only minor things looking off.

I think the problem with Trucy is that the highlights in her eyes are not quite placed in the same spot, so it looks like she has a lazy eye. The original sprites didn't have this problem since they were much lower resolution, so the highlights looked like they were in the same place. There's also the part where the hair around her right eye is cut off slightly, which is unusual for AA art (I know it's a common technique when hair falls in front of eyes, but not for AA).

Ah. I think her eyes look symmetrical enough, but now that I see the strand of hair kinda going behind her eye, that's bugging me a bit.

The fourth case where there's the flash back trial? Is Phoenix going to have his HD sprites from the HD trilogy? Same for Gumshoe? Before you say, "Yeah I believe so, that's kinda obvious", the Judge in the original Trilogy and AJ were the same sprite, yet, the judge clearly is redone here and looks 1000x better then the HD judge from the HD trilogy. SO if the Judge is redone, it's possible Phoenix and Gumshoe will be as well, isn't it? I hope they do remake them, since the style between these two HD releases is a bit different. I wouldn't be upset if they weren't though.

Considering Klavier has a 3D Model from DD/SoJ all they'd need is to revamp Lamiroir's a little and just re-use the stage. They can do it XD

... Is still a dumbstruck Klavier +AJ fan so is getting it regardless. You knew you'd get my money regardless of an overhaul on Serenade. Take my money.
