To be honest, I always intended for the WHAT A!? site to eventually be a full fledged Hotel Dusk section with real information on it. It's been written up for weeks. But I only just now got around to connecting the links and such. Still a little bare, since there's not much Hotel Dusk media to be had, but it might be useful!
If you want to visit the original WHAT A!? everything is still intact by clicking it on the new index. Except for the item page - I accidentally saved over the original silly Item page with the new Serious item page. Sorry!

The sprites that are up now aren't from the game, they're from the website. I did managed to get a few extra REAL Kyle sprites on an emulator, but I couldn't get far in the game because it didn't register me hitting the front desk bell! So sad. But I'll put those extra shots up once I can clean them up.

Also made me want to replay the game one more time.
Hey, speaking of which, friend and I, on top of a PW dating sim, are working on a Hotel Dusk doujin (mostly for the fangirls). It'll be the same idea of a visual novel game, to show off our story-telling abilities, the art, etc. Kind of a sample of what we plan to do with the dating sim as well. Could that be part of a contribution to the site when we finish it?

And the reason I'm asking that is because it would be an EXE file, so that might put people off partially, along side the file size, so then there's bandwidth, etc. But it's be cool to give a submission like that.

It would depend on how it turns out (size-wise etc) but yes, I'd be very interested in hosting any kind of fan project. Dusk needs all the support it can get.

Maybe you could even have a sub-section on the site and a sub-board dedicated to Trace Memory as well. The two games being in the same universe makes them all the more interesting. Hopefully their next adventure game will be in the same canon as the previous two titles.
