To coincide with the North American release of Capcom's Ace Attorney: Apollo Justice, we'll be cross-examining series producer Minae Matsukawa on the next episode of Top Secret! Matsukawa-san will be coughing up everything she knows about the development of the series, and will also reach a verdict about the best user question - who will receive some signed Ace Attorney goods! These courtroom-related jokes doing anything for you? Thought not.

Well, you can always try :) They know what questions can and cannot be answered.
Though what I've learned from listening official podcasts of gaming companies, they tend to ignore questions about future projects. Especially the Japanese companies are usually very old fashioned and strict about announcing information and that's why the developers are usually not allowed to talk too much about topics that aren't public already.
But still, it's worth trying. You never know until you try :)
