Attendees got a whole bunch of goodies, including a pamphlet with various character art, a bag of Ema's snackoos (Japanese fried dough cakes), and a GS tumbler. A CD of the concert will be available July 16th, while the concert DVD not until October 30.
The Gyakuten Kenji trailer was shown displaying a new character, whose name is still not yet known. If you've got a sharp eye you can see several old GS charcters flash by at the end, including Wendy Oldbag, Cody Hackins, Will Powers, The Bellboy, Adrian Andrews, Franziska von Karma, and a young Ema Skye. Oldbag can also be seen in this somewhat strange screenshot of Edgeworth speaking to a Dolphin...?
No news yet on GS5, but it looks like they have confirmed that Gyakuten Kenji will not have a trial portion.
There are also some nice stills over at Gpara.
We'll be keeping our eye on the official GK homepage for when the trailer shows up.

I can't wait for this game to be released in the states! I saw Mike Meekins flash by too, he's really making a star of himself.
I don't mind if there are no trials, as long as the game is good. I wished so hard for some GS5 news but, that's ok.

Umm how could it be a young misty in the games timeline? The original Phoenix Arc took place during a 3 year span and it's safe to assume that Gyakuten Kenji will place during ONE of those years. So Explain how Young Misty who is the MOTHER of Mia and Maya would look that young....

DingoEnderZOE2 makes a good point. Since the absolute farthest back this game can be set is August of 2011 (when Gumshoe becomes a detective), by which Misty Fey would be 42. Also, by that point, she's gone into hiding and hasn't been seen by anyone for about 10 years (by 2011). Personally, I don't see her coming out of hiding to just help the prosecution or looking that young.

Um...I'd like to point out besides than the pamphlet and a CD of the Serenate and Steel Samuri theme, non of the goodies were free. We had to line up very long to buy the Snackoos and tumblers...

As for the girl, she's surely just the protagonist female sidekick. I just wonder why young ema is there then (considering her studying medicine, as well as her admiration for Edgeworth, would mean that she's perfect as aide for him). At what time does this game take place? And does it overlap with the previous story or just go on in that 7-year gap? I guess only time will tell.
