Hotel Dusk...To Buy or Not To Buy?

Being in Europe is a drag when it comes to gaming but finally this game is hit Ireland's shores on Friday. Will I buy it? I've heard rave reviews but I've also heard that it's very fiddly when it comes to endings and say one wrong things and game over. Help?

On topic though, it's worth the money. Full o' plot twists and encounters, not to mention the seven stars plot.

And it only took me 10 hours to beat the first playthrough. Maybe because it was easy.

Usually 24 hours on first playthrough? It took me 11 hours without a guide...

If it's as good as you all say, then I'll try to lug myself out to Great Lakes Crossing to buy it. Out of all the game shops I've checked, there's only ONE that's carried it. O_O Scary.

Wilder, I'd buy it for you if I had enough money and could afford shipping, there's about twenty copies everywhere where I reside...

I may buy it, depending on how much I get for my birthday, seeing as I'm flat borke and want Elite Beat Agents and FF 3 DS.

Well, I haven't played Hotel Dusk, and I've been intentionally avoiding info about it. But I know it's a masterpiece and I haven't even played it. How? Simple. I ordered it as a rental from Gamefly (an online game rental service, for those of you outside the US), and it's really late. Whenever a game from Gamefly is late, it's a masterpiece. That is exactly what happened with Phoenix Wright 1 and Elite Beat Agents, and I think Trauma Center DS was a tad late too.

You should definitely buy it; I got it for Christmas and it's just amazing. It is rather short, but I will replay it to get all the endings. Anyway, I hope you get it.

Ever since I go this game, I have been moving my head like Kyle, moving it side to side like the smilie.

It's really addictive, I even do it when I'm not playing the game.
