I think the touchscreen stuff has potential, but it was just used too much as a plot device and not as a tool. The luminol was actually interesting, imo. You could use whenever and where ever you wanted to. The series needs more things like that so that the player can explore the scenes more. Also, the writers can and should do away with leading the player through all the logic of the cases. Too much of AJ was reading through like 10 min of text before pointing out really obvious contradictions. If the player had to answer more questions on their own the games would be more interesting.
