I said it, but I don't even get to play before these buttons vanish.

Wooooooooow, this looks awesooooooome. *0*

By the way, question:

When playing this, do you just need the game itself, or do you need an emulator or something to play it? .-.

I solved it.

Open two copies at one time.

One should have buttons, one shouldn't.

It must be a weird issue that is to do with my machine, stole some free time at work and it loaded fine straight away. Because the recommended solution above does not work on my home computer (nor was it required at work).

Spoiler:
that "freeze boss" bug is still there :wellington:

There needs to be some way to dodge Luke Atmey's damn attack, because it's annoying you have to make sure you get two hits in before his first attack hits you, or you will ultimately die.

Well, I've got the same Main Menu button disappearing issue.

And yes, Atmey is too hard. he should shoot less magnifying glasses.

Not sure if this will help identifying issues at all but.. I would hope it gets some publicity for this.

Yup, I thought a more graphical approach was in order, and I had some spare time at work so I thought I'd do something productive :hotti:

You don't mind me publicizing it like this, do you? if you do I will immediately take it down, I felt rather awkward about uploading it as I was not sure on how secret you wanted this content to remain..

Great to see your working on this again and if that small demo you had me test before going into the cold period was any indication of the new game engine then AWESOME.

Well we're not posting because there's nothing to post about.

I recommend finishing the game before releasing it.

As Manella said. I would finish the game before releasing it. Or finish it as much as possible. You probably have tons of interest so don't worry about that.

Yeah, the open download would beat the purpose, I do suggest finishing it up (And I'm still alive so I can gladly test anyways x_x)

Ok.

I have the common script written down now, so I know how to do things in the future. By the way Khat, I found a easy way to do the jumping thing, added ceiling solids, decreased the returning points and so on.

GenoWhirl: Sure you can test. I'm just gonna finish Atmey stages and then it's ready to go. P.s. It may take a while :keiko:

Nice. If you have MIDI's, I have a program I could run them through to produce 8-bit NES type music with, if you want.

It would be nice if we had 8-bit NES sounding OGG music files. With OGGs you could setup loops and such and yet have a better quality than MIDI, also MIDI is reliant on the users sound-card, it may sound good to you but shit to someone else.

Also are you on about -both- jump issues? if so awesome and welldone!

As Khat said, can your program run OGGs? After being on this game business for a couple of years I know that MIDIs aren't always reliable.

It outputs .WAV files, but I can convert them to OGGs, if you need OGGs.

That would propably be the best way, since MIDIs can turn out to be fatal for some users.

EDIT: You whom are reading this post, now is YOUR turn!!

I don't basically have any idea of other bosses attack patterns(Tigre, Chef, Y-Edgey, Elise, Judge's bro). I would really love some AA-fan help on this matter(the whole CR xD). Please tell me some YOUR suggestion :larry:
