How to get PyWright up and Running on Mac

Hey sorry if this is a stupid question, but I've been trying to run PyWright on my Mac but for some reason I just get a message saying it can't be opened. I have Python installed, but not PyGame. I'm really not good with this sort of thing lol so could somebody please just give me a step-by-step guide for how to get it working?

I would assume that any problems affecting one would affect the other, and also any future versions of OSX. Pywright hasn't had any dedicated tech support for a while, so nobody's had a chance to update it.
