The PyWright website should still have the art pack accessible. It has most sets from games 1-4 prepared for the engine:
pywright.dawnsoft.org
If these are down you could look to things like Ropfa's "Conflict of Interest" or other fangames bundled with the engine as they may contain copies of the art pack assets in the main 'art' folder.

You will need to make those sets manually. You can use sites like ezgif convert gifs to spritesheets.
