...English! His voice clips sound English, but also a lot of his dialogue seems English, including using "Bloody", and he also got his tea set from England. His name also seems quite English.

What do you think?

I've never understood these, as he doesn't sound English at all to me.O_o Besides, those are just dubbed versions of the original Japanese voices. Even if they had given him an accent like that, it still wouldn't make him English.O_O
