They're brilliant, both musically and lyrically. My favorite song by them is The End Of The Tour, and my favorite album is John Henry (though The Else is a close second). I've seen them live twice.

I actually had the CD single of "Boss of me" when I was about 11. It had two other tracks, which I remember being weird. It was destroyed in a Lucozade accident at summer camp.

Ahh, awesome. I'm not huge on Mr. Xcitement (it's one of their worst songs, IMO), but I ADORE Reprehensible. The lyrics are particularly brilliant.
And my first song by them...well, TECHNICALLY it was Boss Of Me, but I count Experimental Film as my first, since it was the first one I heard that I knew was by TMBG. It really got me hooked on their stuff. My first album by them was The Spine.

The only TMBG song I give a fuck about, but it's a cracker.
Thing is with them, the rest of their stuff is sooo bad, I think Birdhouse in your Soul may be just a fluke. Law of averages if you like. It is a good song though.
