i like thrash too. but i prefer metalcore. stuff like Killswitch Engage, All That Remains, Darkest Hour, Children of Bodom, etc. but that's because i prefer screaming in my music.

I also like DragonForce. "Through the Fire and the Flames" is fantastic. I like their other songs too, but as somebody else said earlier, almost every single DragonForce song sounds like "Through the Fire and the Flames." So that's really the only song of theirs I listen to regularly, hehe.

The first one I ever heard was 'Operation: Mindcrime'. It's a 1988 album. NOW...my suggestion is to go out and buy the cd because it's a story album, so a lot of the songs bleed into one another. It's a nifty experience that you'll only got with a hard copy.
