My absolute worst guilty pleasure. I tell people it's on my computer so I can laugh at it. A lot of rap and hip hop qualifies as guilty pleasure too, best example I could think of off the top of my head. I know a lot of people who call this a guilty pleasure, so I'll say I absolutely love REO Speedwagon, even though it's not really a guilty pleasure and I'll listen to them in front of anybody proudly, XD |

I have the reputation of being a smart ass kid without being nerdy (is that possible?) So because of this i'm not too open about telling people i live off metal and screamo music because people think about me and treat me completely differently so although i'm not embarrassed about it i don't tell to many people. For the people who know i like metal music i would never tell them i like some songs from these bands/artists: Lady Gaga Some Katy Perry Gym Class Heroes The true guilty pleasures (the ones i would tell no one) are: Blood on the Dance Floor  Pokemon Theme Songs  Kingdom Hearts Music  Queen Maroon 5 Broken Cyde Breathe Carolina The only people who know i like these bands/artists are others who appreciate them |

-Pokemon music, especially Viridian City and the original Pokemon theme song. All of my friends(except for about 3 or 4) think Pokemon's horrible, so I have to keep it a secret that I listen to it or else they'll never let me hear the end of it. -A few songs by Ke$ha. -Ikimono Gakari, Aqua Timez, Asian Kung-Fu Generation, yeah, I have quite a number of Japanese songs on my mp3. -Metal. I tried to make one of my friends listen to Battlefield by BlindGuardian but they called me weird. -Dance Dance Revolution music. I listen to it to get pumped and finish homework, projects, etc. Yes, I know, I'm lame. -Glee. I admit, the story line's pretty cheesy, but I like their covers. |

I would never admit listening to the following, mainly because everyone I know hates it. - Vocaloid. Because my parents think it's all crap and I should listen to music in languages I speak because it's all Asian language. - K-pop. ;n; My sister is huge on this stuff, but as above, my parents hate me blasting it around the house. - Game OST's. Professor Layton, Kingdom Hearts and Ace Attorney are frequently played sans headphones on my computer whenever I can. My Ipod's kind of an idiot so all my playlists of OST's won't even consider loading onto it. - Any musicals. You can shoot me now. My guilty pleasures are mostly modern pop songs. o.O Call me weird, but I'm the type of person who can and will admit to the world that she listens to J-Pop, K-Pop, Vocaloid Songs, Video Game Soundtracks, and older songs if it meant no bleeding ears. XXDD Anyway, my guilty pleasures are: ~ Kesha songs. Sometimes, they're just so obscene or ridiculous but I just keep on listening. She's the worst offender by far, but my ears don't complain. At all. ~ Some Britney Spears songs. ~ Several Hannah Montana songs. ~ Lady Gaga songs. They don't stay in my head as long as the Kesha songs, but they're still there.... |
