Oh man. I'm sorry, but I do not know my time zones. Just the four in the US. Where is GMT in Europe? And how long would I have to wait for the game to be available in the Eastern Time Zone?

For us in the Eastern Time Zone it is 9am

Strange that there's no midnight release for DD. As far as I know, a midnight release for DL versions is the norm in the Japanese eShop: releases at other times are the exception.

In Europe and the US only first party titles get a midnight release, all other titles go online when the eShop gets updated during the day.

Usually it's 15:00 in Central Europe (UTC +2 during summer time), that means it should be 14:00 in the UK (UTC +1).

That does indeed sound strange, although I would think the Ace Attorney page would be knowledgeable about when it's being released. I can't buy DD until early November but I might just stay up tonight just to see if this actually happens.

So I'll be downloading it first thing in the morning, ah? Probably better that way. Otherwise, I'd probably download it at midnight and play it until the sun rises. I might not have to get up early, but staying up that late is not something I want to do. Of course, now that I know it's available for download tomorrow morning, I'll probably get Christmas Morning Syndrome and wind up waking up at 5:00 AM...

Someone on the GameFAQs forums said they called Nintendo and they said it arrives tomorrow, so nobody should get their hopes up for a midnight PST release, although it's possible.

Same as me, it's because your 3DS says it's now October 24th, but Nintendo/Capcom actually haven't made the game available. (This happened for me around 10 hours ago.)
