i use the quicksave, but only when im unsure of what evidence to present when im low on health/exclamation points and to see all the funny witty dialogue that comes up when you do something wrong.

I can honestly say, I've never used quicksave as a means to cheat.

I am heavily guilty of quicksaving before presenting evidence. Sadshoe

Then again, I think the game was designed that way. Otherwise, they would just design it so the quick save would be destroyed when you resumed the game, preventing a quick load in the case that you mess up, kind of like in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon (at least I believe that's the game).

Ahahaha *uneasy laughter*... Yeah, about that quicksave feature...

I... use it a lot because I have a habit of not being smart enough for the game. ^-^;; I practically rely on the thing. I mean even when I'm right about things (which is actually pretty often), I still get all afraid that I'll screw myself over somehow.

Actually the only time I didn't have to use the quicksave and beat it without any penalties was the second half of Case 2 in JFA. Ha ha. Yeah, I lost points in Case 1 (in JFA, that is). But I only blame that on the witness's prettiness distracting me.

Of course I do! Kyle Hyde
Specially when I'm dealing with extremely unpleasant people as Franziska Von Karma or Wendy Oldbag.

Yep, all the time, especially in my first playthrough. (After I know what happens, I feel less anxious to finish and know more of the answers.)

Yeah, I use it. BUT only on my time playing through a case, so if I fail, I can just go back.

I abuse the "cheat" when I have absolutely no idea what to present, just finished a long dialogue, or there are multiple reactions.

For instance, I quick-saved when Phoenix takes on the monkey in JFA.

I have a problem with seeing too much subtext. I'll present evidence or a profile that could work in real life, but isn't the "right answer".

After losing a bunch of times, I started quicksaving all the time.
