i restarted my DS several times then decided to leave it for a while until i gave up then realized nothing was wrong he was just staring
which made me mad since i could've finished the game a few hours ago instead

I didn't really, not even the armpit sweating. I suppose he was created to be an obnoxious guy, but he just never seemed that annoying to me, nor did his animations. Granted, I looked for a while for his habit, until I remembered reading armpit at some point before I ever played GS games and then looked and BAM! Not even his quotes were annoying.

This. Him laughing just.. annoys me so much. This is the person who hid an important evidence, effectively bertraying his lawyer and abandoning his own daughter, went hiding for years, came back just to frame his old lawyer (who helped take care of his daughter), punched a harmless woman, and died in vain. Him laughing just screams 'I do what I want, I don't care what happen to you guys lol'. Maybe my hate towards him coloured my justification...
Besides that, I agree with everyone on Ernest Amano's 'Now, now, now,' being annoying. He even created small earthquakes with that handwave. And Portman's jacket animation. He just does it so much that at first I thought it was a glitch or something.
Also, Lance Amano's sprite.
Maybe it's just me, but it looks like he's trying to look cool. His pose reminds me of dramatic anime character giving important speech in the sunset with the wind blowing his hair although that might be just my imagination running rampant. The fact that he's just another criminal who manipulated an innocent (and naive) girl makes him seem like an annoying tryhard.
Last one, Apollo's face (last frame in this gif).
I know that it's supposed to be funny, but it's just... weird.
In topic of von Karma's finger wave, I find it understandable he'd do that since he thinks of himself as higher above everyone else, so it doesn't annoy me that much.
