Ema calculates that jumping out of the window in Edgeworth's office would result in a fall time of 3.23 seconds. That would mean that Edgeworth's office is 51.12 m/167.72 ft above ground. Using that, you can calculate that the speed upon impact would be 70.8 mph/31.654 m/s. However, if you examine the window later, Ema calculates that jumping out of the window would result in an impact speed of 70.71 mph/31.61 m/s. A .01% error.
Also, jumping out the window was probably Edgeworth's method of choosing death before he changed his mind.

That'd be impossible, considering the window doesn't open. And I doubt he could run fast enough to barge through reinforced glass.

It may not be confirmed as reinforced, but really, if the architects had any sense whatsoever, they would know to apply it.

Besides, suicide is prohibited from the Prosecutor's Office.

How is this even close to an obvious thing?

I'm currently on my second playthrough of 2-4 and a few things caught my attention. I'm not sure how many of them are intentional but I think they're worth bringing up.

Franziska gets shot in her right shoulder. That's exactly where her father was shot during DL-6.

The plot of Nickel Samurai reflects the conflict in 2-4. The story of NS involves three people in love with the same girl. Now as for the case, Matt went out with Celeste, Corrida then got engaged to her, and you can't convince me that Adrian didn't have feelings for her while this was going on.

How fishy Engarde is right from the start. How did I not realize this?

I think Engarde is meant to show that the magatama isn't perfect.

Looking at Leifa's hairstyle, she has hair loops that hang down, like one of Pearl's concepts for DD. Perhaps they reused it? Her hair is like a mix of Maya's and Pearl's.

Not sure if you'd call this obvious, but it's one of those things that hides in plain sight. If you follow the AskAceAttorney blog, you've probably seen it. It has to do with DD's villain.

How abso-posi-lutely great GK1's Confrontation Presto is to listen to when running. Its speed and pulsating beat is perfect. Now I'm just worried it will cause a Pavlov's dogs-reaction for me so I'll start running every time I hear it. Like if I replay GK1 and it comes and I'll drop my DS and take off.

Edgeworth's courtroom sprites are altered in 3-5, not just mirrored -- the flaps on his vest cross the right way and he's wearing Phoenix's defense attorney badge.

What the AA6 line I spoiled myself with on tvtropes actually meant. I misread, misinterpreted, clicked a spoiler tag on C-R thinking I knew what it was referring to and next thing I know I realize my mistake and that I'd just spoiled myself big time. Well done.

Spoiler: AA6 quackadoodle BIG spoilers
I read a piece of dialogue as "Apollo... I'm staying in Khura'in", but I'm guessing it probably was "Apollo: ...I'm staying in Khura'in". So I guessed Phoenix would stay behind for a bit and be a law-superhero with Maya by his side because the planet needs him there. So I laughed a little and found it cheesy and then brushed it off. So I dared to click another spokler to know more, and all of a sudden it's Apollo and... family ties and channeling. Ehhwhoops! But I don't really mind knowing, unless it was revealed in some supercool way.

I know this will sound random, but I've been watching some medical science vids and I just can't hold it in anymore. With all that coffee Godot drinks, why does he never feel like going to the bathroom!? Caffeine stimulates colon activity. Or is the whole porta-potty under the prosecutor's bench a thing?

I'm sure he takes a big leak every recess. Must be hard to hold it in though. Coffee really speeds up the process of the bladders if you drink strong coffee.

We're having this discussion again because I thought of number 2 instead. :sillytrucy:

I highly doubt it's decaf. He roasts his own beans. Granted, he can materialize coffee from thin air, but it's the roast that matters to a coffee connoisseur.
