He'd grab Franziska's whip mid-flight, and pull it away from her, before eating it with his mighty mouth. He'd snap his fingers so hard when Manfred dares to snap his, it sends a precision sonic boom to floor him. I bet he'd even out-shrug Edgey, parting the Red Sea with his shoulders. He would tame Don Tigre with the whip he ate earlier, and would have mentally willed all the coffee out of Godot's cup into his Gavel-mug. Basically, like Saxton Hale, only a judge.
"YOUR CASE JUST GOT JUDGED BY JUDGE BADASS!"
...although it might seem a bit too different for Udgey. I vote he remains his loveable ol' self, you judge you.

Why do I imagine a stereotypical epic anime scene with this?
They both snap their fingers, sending a sonic boom towards each other, colliding in the middle. They push against each other, when Manfred says "You cannot defeat me! I am perfect!" To which Judge Badass responds "I'm better than perfect. I'm badass." Then his sonic boom completely overpowers Manfred's, sending him flying to the back of the courtroom.

Seriously, this guy is actually one of the greatest characters in the series and he's part of my top tier (I believe he's in my top 10 on the rankings). He's consistently the funniest character in the series, and maybe the most underrated character in the series (besides Valant). He's the glue of every trial and there really wouldn't be Ace Attorney without him. He plays off every character so well and has a unique interaction with every Prosecutor. You can't help but love this guy. Besides Pearl, I think he's the only AA character that nobody doesn't like. He also has by far the greatest quotes in the series
Plus, the guy is pretty damn admirable. He's one of three people who thought the bomb threat was real in 5-1 that still stayed in the courtroom. That's hardcore. Also, it's very, very subtle, but he does go through a tiny bit of development of in Rise from the Ashes

You missed Payne and Phoenix, when you wrote that... Not to mention, the Judge doesn't appear
in GK2. ...That, and that rule doesn't apply to Gumshoe nor Winston now.
We can safely state that's it's all Phoenix now. No game without a Wright and a Payne in some shape or form exists
