Phoenix Wright has seriously opened my eyes to what GOOD game is. After buying JFA I was immediately addicted to it. I bought AA and than T&T when it came out on the DS in Japan.

Well, anyways, the PW series has shown my how cheesy Nintendo is being right now. I'd have wasted my monies on stuff like Wii-play and stuff if it weren't for PW.

I've also became better at drawing.

Plus, I keep telling people to buy Phoenix Wright so... I guess I'm free advertisement for Capcom! :godot:
I changed Capcom's sales! Three more PW copies sold!

It helped me a lot with essays. Heck, one recent essay I did was a mystery based on the summer reading book I've read.(which was called The No.1 Ladies' Detective Agency, this game got me more interested in mystery books, too.)

I can post it if you like. =)

I also look out for more contradictions, and am more cynical (in my head, at least).

I'm also using PW music on a school assaingment right now (which you can check up on The Wright & Co. Law Offices forum).

I also plan to take forensic science when I'm a senior, so that'll be interesting. =)

I'm also drinking coffee now, and I've never drunk it before.

...Sorry, I told a little lie. :onamida:

I've actually drunk coffee before when I was, like, four. But I've never drunk it again. Until now. :godot:

On the downside, I also s-s-s-stutter more and trail off when I speak...

It helped me pluck up the courage to apply for a law course.

Of course, I got accepted - And thus, I begin my 'pursuit' of a Law career!

A Game giving Career-confidence assistance FTW! =D

First off, I have about ten pages worth of lawyer doodles demanding attention.

Second, I've talked more about this game than about any of my previous fandoms combined. And driven most of my friends crazy.

And third, :taser: has waltzed into my brain and demanded fanfic, which I am writing butchering horribly and enjoying every minute of it.

It opens amazing briefcase-shaped gateways for literary revolution...I think that'd be a good premise for a novel. Told in the point of view of a cat in some difficult circumstance..Minus the copyrighted characters

I picked up a copy of the game because I was already in college majoring in criminal justice so I thought it'd be kinda neat. My obsession for it just sky-rocketed from there :edgy:

The game has actually made me enjoy the judicial law classes I have to take a little more. And made me want to be a lawyer instead until I remembered that PW only scratches maybe 1% of the judicial process  Ouch.

So, I guess no one wants to read my essay?

It actually made me want to become a localizer. I mean, there are almost no spelling errors in AA, which is a rarity in games where the dialogue consists mainly of "BLARG I'M A BOSS I WILL SHOOT YOU," much less a game that revolves completely around its text. It's also made me a bit more "on edge" when I talk, objecting (not literally) when there's anything fishy in a story someone's telling, etc. I also wanted to share this quote:

"Phoenix Wright showed me something. It showed me that comments, verbal slings, bon mots, what have you, are no longer words, but physical things, a heavy, pointed mass that can be internally wadded up, then flung at others with a shout and a pointed finger."

---I run gyakusheets.tk - that pretty much sums up the effect on my life had by my obsession with the music from the games XD

---My essay plans are now littered with OBJECTIONs, HOLD ITs and TAKE THATs as I sort out the arguments for and against that I'm using for a particular topic. Hey, they're boring essays - it makes them more interesting!

---Damn PW plot bunnies are running around in my mind when I'm supposed to be working on my thesis =_=

---I never had an OTP before I came to this fandom. I'd never written a yaoi fic before this fandom either. Bloody Phoenix/Edgeworth eating my brain XD

I slam my desk/table when I agree/stating my strong opinions

It tempted me to join the Mock Trial club here at school. It really did. Although I knew it wouldn't be too much like PW at all (it would bare similarity, but not much more than that).

It gives me lots of hairstyle options if I get bored. I went to a wedding with my hair similar to Dahila and Iris' style. >>;; Creativity!

If I get a cat, he or she will probably be named Shoe/Shuu.

I make far too many references to the game to everyone around me, and they all give me the ' :eh?: ' face.

I've been drinking tea a lot more. -Edgey FTW- And I'm tempted to start drinking coffee.

And most importantly, it cured my writer's block. :will:

-Well, it gave me a complete and total obsession...that I am obbsessively obsessed with
-It gave me a passionate interest in drawing
-It gave me a reasonably-passionate interest in art
-It gave me a passionate passion in story telling, and got me really into mysteries
-Frighteningly, it makes me want to commit a murder Phoenix Wright style, just to see if a real lawyer or detective could work it out (well, maybe not with the murder...)
-It got me to read a lawbook and fill a notebook with notes on every page till I got sick of it

Looking back, it has really affected my interests one helluva lot. Oh, and it also makes me want to force everyone on the entire planet to play it so that they see its awesomeness.

It made me realize that games can actually be deep, involving, emotional, and make you care about what's going to happen next. It made me open my eyes to what's happening around me and broke through my wall of emotion. Basically, it taught me to not take my emotions for granted. You could say it brought out a long-dormant part of my existence.

to the topic:
i dont think, that the game affected my life very much
-it made me think about becoming a lawyer(preferably a prosexutor) until a few moments realized, that phoenix wright has absolutely nothing to do with being a lawyer
-it improved my english a little(i hope)
-sometimes i visit this forum
-i enjoyed the game
- i actually tried to think of something more for the last 5 minutes

after all its just a game

But I don't drink it only so I can be as cool as Godot, I drink it for health reasons too. The thing is that I have a very low blood pressure (and I get lotta headaches and dizziness because of it) and coffee is said to raise it. So, yeah mainly because of health reasons but Godot made me curious~

Heck, I'm so interested I even try drinking different types of coffee (Cafe Latte FTW) Funny how I said that coffee was the yuckiest thing I ever tasted back when I was 12...

I can't think of anything super fun like you guys. I shall try though.

- My fish's name is Apollo Shuu Justice
- Little things remind me of the series
- I use the word objection more
- Boosted my interest to go into forensics (I already had a huge interest)
- Gave me something new to fangirl over
- I now tell everyone to play it
- I look at lawyers differently
- I sort of want to try coffee
- Gave me a good use for my DS

See? Nothing fun. -sniffles-
