I think they were poisonous; it wouldn't be as fun without them. Some of them were purple, hence why I thought of Pokemon, so I brought out the Pokeballs and challenge them to Safari battles... except I only had one option: Throw Pokeballs.

Last night I dreamed I had back surgery, and Nick left a five minute voicemail on my phone saying that once I'm better, how he, Athena, Apollo, and I should all go out and do something. It was nice, but then my back started hurting so a doctor, who strangely looked a lot like chibi Bokuto, came in and gave me drugs. They weren't morphine, but they knocked me out anyway. When I woke up, my back was hurting. Weird :ron:

Those are some strong pain relievers.

Yeah, physically applied stress, even a little, can induce weird dreams. I felt I was being squeezed lightly on the arm by a little snake... when it was just me sleeping against my arm. Dang, I really wanted to have a pet snake on my arm.

Well, uh, I can only imagine what happened for me to dream about waking up in a hospital bed. Fortunately, I was not diagnosed with snake poison, but with terminal gut cancer. Wonderful. Also, I think there was a scene in court, but I'm not sure what happened there.

Edit: Guys, our dreams really do come true!

I can't recall the first scenes of my dream correctly. Something about me writing a work application and taking part in a strange creativity contest in the Frozen world. However, that's not the point. In the dream, I first tended to believe that Anna had a magical power opposite to Elsa's, and the reason seemed to be that when they both climbed up a snowy montain, you could see a plastic bag or balloon (later in the dream it was definitely a balloon) in Anna's hand which was fluttering above her head like mad which somehow didn't match the way the wind blew. However, this Balloon belonged to Pearl (Or to Espella? I'm sure I saw her and her cat somewhere...) and was super important for the plot, which I knew in advance. But it was lost, and the only reason why it didn't fly away was that it couldn't break through the low-hangig clouds, which were like a ceiling. And then Phoenix jumped up like mad to catch the balloon that was bouncing back and forth and yelled at the Labyrithian judge: "Your Honor! Do anything possible to get this balloon!" But the helium was emerging from it and when they caught it, it was first pretty small and then empty.
EDIT: Last night I dreamt that my class did a strange project in which we held a Ace Attorneyesque mock trial. My group (defence), had the additional handicap that we were only allowed to speak English and no German. Though my spoken English is pretty bad and I wasn't prepared at all, the others in my group made the last minute decision that I should be the one to speak. I started waking up at that time but tried to stay asleep, and during this lucid moment I could take my normal black jacket off and had a nice suit under it, but then the dream became far too blurry and ended.

I made the mistake of re-reading the Ace Attorney fanfic 'Frozen' a few days ago and as such my most recent Ace Attorney dream was extremely graphic and just as horrible to poor old :phoenix: as that fic is! (I actually really like the fic btw but it is graphic in its torture descriptions and is definitely not for the faint hearted or anyone who already has a fear of fridges). So uh... yay I'm finally dreaming about Ace Attorney again? But I don't want to scar anyone for life so I don't think it's really one I can describe here. :lana:

I will say that :edgeworth: was doing all he could to help the poor broken attorney, but that dream was creepy even by my standards. :beef:

Uh hi, sorry I've not been in this thread for ages, I should probably try to catch up at some point. :bellboy:

Oh! I just remembered a snippet of a dream from the other week which I can describe...

I put a plastic fish in Kristoph's pocket... :eh?:

Happy weed day, everybody! Wish I could say I had stoner!Apollo dreams to celebrate, but alas I did not. Maybe tonight I will. I did dream that Maya was drinking lots of red bull. Maybe she was trying to get high off of caffeine? Yeah, let's go with that.

I didn't exactly have a weed dream, but I guess you could say it was like one with how I was trying to fight off an attack on my house from killer ants dropping digital bombs on my computer and Pokemon game.

Other than that, I think I had a vision of Apollo as a meroctopus. He was freaking out about it. Phoenix, as a merman again, was there trying to comfort him. But then they entangled and...
Spoiler: NSFW
freaky tentacle porn ensued. (What in the hell, I wasn't even thinking that way...)

Jump back to the prosecutor's office side of things, and it seems Edgeworth was lecturing Klavier on being more "responsible". Apparently, Klavier had been patronizing some staff at the precinct (I'm guessing Ema? I dunno) and Edgey wasn't happy about it. But instead of dealing with him with a pay cut...
Spoiler: NSFW
Surprise! Buttsex! And Klav loved it. (What the hell, again!? Dammit, Subby! I haven't even visited the kink meme in a long time!)

Ahem. And finally, my dream thoughts drifted me back to P/E slash popularity in the community. I dreamt I heard about this petition spreading on tumblr or someplace like it. Apparently, someone had started a movement against P/E slash. They were pretty clear about that they weren't hating on gay couples or anything, but just that pairing. They explicitly stated that the two were supposed to be "friends" and "brothers", and not any more. Naturally, the other side of the fanbase argued back, and the community landed into another shipping war... No idea what sparked it and how it came to be news again. I just ignored it and moved on.

...If I have another set of dreams like this one, I'm gonna be the one dropping bombs on Subby.

Shoot, I didn't get a chance to drop anything on Subby. I thought I outsmarted her, but in the end she outsmarted me... somehow.

In short, I dreamt a funny dream about a magical lake with the purest water you could find anywhere, with the properties to heal various ailments upon drinking. It also could be stepped on and no one would sink in, I guess? I was there with a friend and a little brother / nephew / some infant, who had gotten sick with pneumonia or the like. Whoop de doo, the water cured him and we all had a jolly good time water-skating without water skis. And then a bunch of fairy-like figures joined us in a majestic dance, all holding hands and blah. And then we just went home and never thought about coming here again.

And then I thought I woke up and was chatting with my actual brother about how weird that dream was, and he was commenting on how weird his dream was, which involved some Magic the Gathering stuff I don't recall clearly now. (He's a big fan of that game, so I didn't bat an eye.) And all that time we were chatting, we were in a different house altogether (it wasn't mine) and I didn't realize it until later.

And then I gradually drifted back into sleep, as I was wondering where all my AA dreams had gone and whether or not I had already posted about them on the forums. Then, I got confused, believing I was actually awake and should get to posting something, but wasn't sure what I was going to post.

And then my alarm woke me up, for real. *sigh* I don't even know if this is related to the thread, but maybe just barely enough to count? In any case, Subby got away with it again. I am frustrated, but I can't help but grin.

Man, isn't it frustrating when you think you finally found that elusive AA dream, but then it literally runs off on you? I swear, all I had a chance to say to Nick was "Hey" and then he just panics and vanishes.

From what I recall, Maya was there, and she was freaking out over accidentally breaking the bottom screen of my 3DS.
Then I woke up and found her attempt at trying to fix it. Props to her for trying.
Then I woke up for real and realized Maya isn't real and my 3DS is just fine.

Ah, I forgot to post this a couple days ago.

It was yet another strange dream where I was both in an Ace Attorney case and an observer of it beyond the console screen. On one hand, I was watching someone's video of a fan case; on the other hand, I was the victim in said case.

It was kinda sad seeing Nick cry over my corpse. Edgey was there too, I think. Aw, it's okay, Dad. I'm not really dead... or am I?

What if I was a ghost viewing the scene from another place? Oooh~... wait, but that doesn't explain why I was on Youtube watching a video.

*gasp* Were we actually filming a production!? Wow, it's like my days as the ticket vender paid off! ...And to think that at that time, it was still the 20th century. I guess I'm kinda immortal to wait through an entire century and still look 18.

Oh, and as a bonus, I even got a chance to chat in person with the director of the production.

Dang, Rubia, I almost didn't recognize ya with that avatar change. I want ramen now...

And what a crazy dream. So you were dead and alive at the same time? That's not very nice of that person to make you the victim. Poor Nick...it seems he really does care for you, even though you like to swat him.

Hmm...I can't really remember much of last night's dream. I think I was playing AA6, but it was nothing like I thought it was. I don't know if that was good or bad. The night before, I dreamed Leifa was doing curl ups on a pull up bar. I think she was trying to get in shape for her big debut, in other words, making Phoenix's life hell. I think I'm getting too hyped for AA6...

Yesterday I had a dream where Maya Fey moved next door to me, and I became good friends with her. I went to her house everyday to play video games, watch a steel samuri marathon, and we would even do a podcast talking about about pop culture, news, and stuff. We Basiclly got 20 views a video because her YouTube channel was small with only 8 subs. (including me) and we even broadcasted on twitch playing video games twice a week.

Although I might have got some stuff wrong, I can't remember all the details.

I have no idea why things turned out that way, but I got the nagging suspicion that the director couldn't fit me in any other role.

Maybe Edgeworth was right about him. Maybe Nick really is a masochist. Maybe that explains why he still finds Franziska "cute" despite all that she's done to ruin him and his health.

I would love this game even more than I already do if the princess at some point got buff.

Let's see... what did I dream about? All I seem to remember is something about teen Maya and adult Maya. And Phoenix hanging out with both at the same time.

Keep trying, friend! I'm sure those AA dreams are around the corner sometime!

As for me, I had one the night before yesterday. I was attending some college and wandering on campus. There was a school rally that day, and while it was optional to attend, I think I had some obligation to stop by. So I did... and I forgot my backpack somewhere, aagh this is deja vu all over again...

I don't remember anything of the rally, since shortly after we were to begin, we received notice that there was a bomb threat or something, and the rally had to be canceled. In the meantime, everyone who was there was instructed to stay there until the threat was cleared.

Meanwhile, I was too flustered about my backpack, which had my ID and everything, so I hurried off to fetch it. At the time, no one was guarding the doors, so I could leave. I fled back to my dorm, but couldn't find it. I then searched around the last buildings I visited and some buildings I didn't that were nearby, but to no avail.

At some point, I reported a missing backpack to the police, who were apparently in a panic over this one kid who had gone missing. Whoops. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Naturally, good ol' Detective Gumshoe was on the case of the missing kid... which is now solved, I guess, and the missing backpack.

But what about the bomb threat!? At some point, I think someone started connecting some dots and came to suspect me of suspicious activity. Everyone then followed, even Gumshoe... They questioned me about the bomb situation. Obviously, I had no idea, but they didn't believe me...

Enter Edgeworth with my lost backpack. He assured the rest that there was no sign of a bomb in there and checked it back with me. It was coincidence that he returned when he did, since I happened to be with the police already.

Unfortunately, it seems when he checked my belongings, he noticed a contact in my phone that was pretty suspicious. I didn't know who this "Larry Leboz" was, or how his name got on my contact list, but apparently he called me just moments ago.

Well, then. I was arrested on suspicion of being an accomplice to the person suspected of the bomb threat, even if there was no bomb found yet.

And then I woke up to an alarm... yes, I confirmed I was actually awake, on bed, and that alarm was by my bedside.

But man, what a way to cut off an impressive dream... I wanted to find out more!

Dang, Rubia. That's an intense dream. Larry Leboz...Ted Tonate's cousin? Or does Larry have another hobby?

Apollo and Grossberg in the defendant's lobby waiting for court to let out when Grossberg asks, "Can I come over to your place tomorrow?" Apollo doesn't have the heart to turn him down. Grossberg will either come very early or very late, so Apollo opts for very early because he thinks he'll be able to tolerate him the most at that hour. This eventually becomes an everyday thing for them.

I have no idea who that "Larry Leboz" is, only that I was pretty pissed at him for hijacking my phone. My mind did jump to our Larry for a moment, but I figured it would have been too stupid even for this dream. Besides, if I brought it up to Edgeworth, I was sure he'd have an aneurysm.

This is adorable. I can imagine them sharing stories of Mia and Nick back in the day, as well as Apollo's troubles with the latter more toward the present.

Ah, is that where he's been all this time? No wonder he doesn't seem to have AA-related dreams lately. They're more related to Sims... but what about a crossover? :sahwit:

I had another sort of deep dream last night. I think I was wandering around a vg convention looking for a museum featuring an Ace Attorney hall of fame. I had my camera ready and everything. I got a bit lost looking for it, though, since this wasn't the city I once knew. Along the way, I found panels for Smash & Pokken Tourney, as well as another dedicated to Dangan Ronpa, among others... but no Ace Attorney. I was convinced they had some event for the series somewhere.

But the really weird thing was, as I transitioned from one panel/event to the next, I often met with these odd dream transitions between my quest and a scene in court, where I seem to be the one on trial. And every time, the judge would get mad at Phoenix because his client kept dozing off. And every time he'd try to get an answer out of me, I'd drift off again.

I'm not sure what was the outcome of the trial, but I did eventually find that wonderfully decked out AA Hall of Fame. It reminded me of the old trailer for AJ:AA, but featured more than just up to that game. Heh, I don't even remember what I was put on trial for. I wonder if it has anything to do with my arrest for the bomb threat incident...?

Yeah! I remember I've had sims/aa-crossoverdreams, they can be fun. I too have had way more simrelated dreams than aa-related, but hell, my entire dreaming has gone lame. I only remember some dreams from some nights nowadays (nowanights?). So I'm kinda placing my hope in you guys to keep having cool dreams for me to comment so my subconsciousness getz into it again.

And the plot thickens! A dozing-off client would have some good sprite-potential, if nothing else. As long as you didn't do the snot bubble thing Yanni Yogi had going on, that was disgusting. (I always turn my eyes away from the DS when it appears.) I'm blabbing because I miss actually having anything to say here.

Checking back with this thread probably does help if you do it regularly. If you can trigger your long-term memory, it has major impact in the conception of dreams - at least, it does for me.

And rest assured, I don't snore, so no snot bubbles for me. I'm surprised that I could manage to sleep standing at the witness stand and with my lawyer always shouting at me to wake me up. (Well, I was also pretty sleepy that night.)

I think so too! Also, I find that both dream recollection and dream themes tend to make good circles when one starts getting into it; the more it happens, the... even more it happens.

Well, I'm relieved. And yes, it's kind of impressing to be able to sleep through that. Had it been Apollo shouting, though...

Eeesh. My subconscious is protesting. I did dream something where "those C-R people" were mentioned but I don't remember what it was all about and ueh. I should read all your dreams with hawk-eyes and see if it rubs off. I need more AA in my life again. And AA-dreams. And chilling in this thread, haha.

Oh, and hello ya guys. :edgey: I'm here. *waves* But I should be more active, I forget to even log in. I've been filling my head with other stuff (such as, well, chilling with my sims, painting like a maniac and chain-reading) and I have neglected my poor DS even though I have been all "aaaaaah I want to play that case again and that one and that one". And some stress that drives me a bit bonkers. Woooh, thanks a bunch for the confetti, I'm about to cover myself as well as my apartment in it. Perhaps it will help. :-P

And of course, I'll blame GfM for stuff. Especially game-related. "Hey brother, there's this thing called Ace Attorney" a few years ago really started stuff. I need to pick up my DS. I miss Ron.

Ah, those C-R people.
And, more like "Hey brother, there's this hot prosecutor and the game he's in is pretty nice, too". xD
I've been reading in my document with my collected AA-dreams, but so far, no luck.

Probably the fellas from this thread, haha.

...more like that, yeah, hahaha! "Oh, that game with the hot prosecutor."

I should do the same, just to try and see if I'm lucky.

Aw, it feels just right when we're all back here again.

I can't say I had another AA dream, but for a moment, I thought I was watching reruns of Lilo & Stitch that I hadn't seen before. Around then, I remembered, "Hey, wasn't there something else I wanted to watch? Something about lawyers and court..."

Of course, in my mind, I was picturing an AA anime series with the consistent quality of the AA6 prologue. In fact, it was basically an DD/AA6 anime series, since I clearly remember Athena showing up and Phoenix had the little hook in his hair. Also, they were better quality than the awkwardly placed cutscenes of DD.

Curious, what Sims have you been playing? I've just gotten Sims 4 for my b-day, but haven't really played it much.

Here's to hoping the AA6 cutscenes will be less cringeworthy than DD. And that Sam Riegel doesn't voice Phoenix in the dub. Ever. Again. I wouldn't mind seeing a DD/AA6 anime though. With how this anime is currently doing though, it doesn't seem likely :sadshoe:

Some progress, a dreamlet. Apollo in the white room saying or thinking that he should make some chaos and shout that he's going to kill somebody. Just to see if and how the people working in the place would react. Geez boy, I thought you and Aura were working on an escape plan already.

Haha! In the dream the person saying this was not me, at least. :redd:
Ah (and oi, happy late birthday then! :b33r: ), it's 4. Bought it to myself as a christmas present because there was a sale, and of course, because a certain GfM had been sharing pleasant stuff about 2 and I got nostalgic but couldn't buy 2). I've had fun with it. :)

That sounds like a lot of progress since it was a white room-dreamlet and all, I hope it will evolve to more lengthy dreams about the subject! :edgey:

Aaand well. I doubt that I dreamed anything AA-related, but even if I did I wouldn't remember it since I was all wired up yesterday for some reason, so when I finally got to sleep my body decided to let me sleep for like... ten hours, to make up for the extreme lack of sleep I had the past few weeks. :redd:

Me too! I thought the last proper white room-dream would be the last one, for some reason. Well, hopefully I'm getting back into the rut now x)
Well, good for you in any case! xD Ten hours, though, that's my usual amount of sleep :sahwit:

Man, I have not caught up on the Sims at all. How is 4 and what new things were added since the last one?

This is the escape plan. Apollo lets himself be captured, and Aura figures out a way to send him off to somewhere else, but actually just lets him go.

...Ok, so I'm just guessing, but it's a good guess, right?

Um, dreams, dreams... Right. Phoenix Wright, as a matter of fact. I made him into a lab rat again. This time, he was somehow shrunken down on a miniature obstacle course designed for rats... or Super Mario; one or the other. The point of the test was to see how fast he could go, and anything applied. That meant he could climb over walls in any way he wanted.

And so, he did as he wanted. He flew. Not that he sprouted wings or anything, but he flew all the same.

Then, I cruelly clipped him of his magical flying and dropped him into a deep hole... and thus here starts a new adventure of "Phoenix in Wonderland".

No worries, Nick. Your daughter will get a chance later when the 6th game comes out~!

It almost got a little too hectic for me at times to keep up with the speed of it all, but otherwise, those were the days. xD Must be... almost a year ago now, since its activity peak? Time flies.

That's one way to do it! Or you could've swam in the puddle... but that hadn't been as impressing.

Thinking about it, the dream I just mentioned was indirectly AA-related. Or AA-dream-related, if you will. It was a lucid dream, and I have a tradition of randomly singing while being lucid, and in this one, as I was swimming around in the air looking for some water to dive into, I was singing "Part of your world", and the reason I came to think about that song was because I'd been singing it in an AA-dream a while ago (while being Mimi Miney on a waterslide).

Oh, "Part of Your World", huh? That reminds me of when Phoenix's VA sang.

So much flying and breathing underwater. I wonder if Phoenix is actually a Water/Flying type, despite his name and his fear of heights.
